All good! All are very excited to get their phones with some having second thoughts on colours. Based on all the reviews I'm happy with my deep purple choice!

All these reviews. You know what they say about opinions. I skipped the iPhone 13, have an iPhone 12 PM. The iPhone 14 PM camera, processor, ram, etc are upgrades wrt my iPhone 12 PM. Plus the Dynamic Island hooked me big time. I used to upgrade every year, but now that I'm in retirement mode, I've chosen to upgrade every 2 years. I could upgrade every year, but I've become somewhat frugal now that I have keep tabs on spending. Oh yes, I'm getting the Purple because it's Ravens' colors.

***UPDATE ON HOLDING AT HUB***
Just popped into my local hub. Talked to a super nice guy who said if they are here Thursday night you can have them held but they do charge a fee per package now. Said it’s a new thing they do to cut down on the amount of packages held. He also said if they arrive here Friday morning and I have them held I’m not getting them u til Monday! Argh. I have to be out of town my noon. Guess I have to wait and see when they actually arrive at my local hub!

Are you sure this is at the hub where the packages going to your house are processed? All they do is take it off the line before it gets on the trucks so if anything, it would be earlier than delivery on Friday. If you’re not requesting for the correct hub it would be delivered there Friday night for you to pick up on Monday.

While we are waiting at the Anchorage, Alaska airport (UPS Terminal Area). Please allow me to dedicate this post to one of the honorary members @mralexrest.

The crew members that are in Louisville, Kentucky witnessed a "WOW" moment yesterday. Left everyone speechless.

Thanks to @mralexrest a photo of the actual aircraft which was carrying our brand new iPhones was provided. Thank you for all you do and thank you for going above and beyond. Your efforts are tremendously appreciated. A true world-class MVP. 👏🏻

Yes amazing in all the years of ordering never witnessed a photo of our plane with iphones landing at Louisville another truly memorable year along with getting my order in first 30 seconds (with later minor card snafu LOL).

So this is really weird. My iPhone 14 Pro Max (Purple 128GB) origina showed that 9/23 date and the ‘postal service‘ bur when I checked tracking on UPS the 9/16 date is confirmed. However I also ordered a red Iphone 14 for someone else which was supposed to come originally on 9/16 but there’s zero tracking info on that. Could they’ve gotten it screwed up and the iPhone 14 is coming this friday and I’ll have to wait in the pro max until the 23rd? The only reason I doubt is because I tracked by order number not by phone number but it still seems odd that’s there’s nothing for the regular 14 which is scheduled to come Friday.

As a storm spotter and weather nerd (retired geologist and paleontologist) I like Radarscope (two paid levels) tons of radar features including velocity and such the most common storm chaser used iOS app and weathermate (free with tons of info using local stations in my town with tons of data (depoint, humidity, winds and much more)

I can FINALLY see my tracking on UPS MyChoice…sort of lol. I’m logged in but all I get is the last 4 digits and a status of “Shipment is ready for UPS.” Some sort of progress!

It's been 36 minutes up in the air. Hopefully "Departure from Facility" scans hit up soon. Don't be surprised if they are delayed. Yesterday's departure scan didn't show up almost 3 hours later up in the air.

It was a battle yesterday. Really had to pull some strings to get it to approve but they waived $5.99 fee for both of my iPhones. I have a feeling next year that's not going to fly.

Big fan of RadarScope as well. Have you played with the new hourly forecasts in the stock iOS 16 Weather app yet? I found them last night while spending a few minutes exploring some new features. Excited to see how DTN takes advantage of some of the new functionality that iOS 16 brings to notifications and other things. Only thing missing from RadarScope in my opinion is the ability to toggle on multiple radars to create a mesh - especially helpful when you live on the edge of multiple like I do just outside of Charlotte, NC. cc: @Wxchaser another fellow weather nerd.
