Wow! Some good football games today. I expected WA vs WSU to be a blowout but the Cougs almost beat them! Didn't turn out how I wanted, but it was a good game. Michigan vs Ohio State as well. In not so great news, Oregon State lost their coach today.

1 loss Ohio State should not jump over any of the undefeated teams left. But they will because the committee is just used to voting for them.

42 vs 35 for Iowa State vs Kansas State (respectively), are pretty good scores considering they were playing in a blinding snowstorm! Was fun to watch!

So I've been ill and that's why you've been without my witty repartee 🥺 but of course I HAD to say something about tonight's Pac-12 championship game. I just about fell over when I saw that ESPN has Oregon favored to win 75.8% to 24.2% WA. I was SURE they would favor the Huskies. I hope they are right...I'm ready for this game but I'm very nervous as per my MO. For possibly, but hopefully not, the last time this season: GO DUCKS!!!

That was the most awkward trophy presentation ever. The Big 12 Commissioner wanted to be *anywhere* but there. :p:p

#8 Alabama upset #1 Georgia thus causing a huge problem for the selection committee... ugh.

IF there was going to be an upset why couldn't it have been Louisville over FSU?

IMHO:
#1 Michigan
#2 Washington
#3 FSU
#4 Texas

If you're right...man, the SEC is gonna be pissed to not have a team in there! I agree that Alabama and Georgia can make a case that they're still one of the top 4 teams in the country, but it sets a terrible precedent to essentially ignore Texas' win in Tuscaloosa earlier in the season. Saban can say they're a different team today all he wants, but that argument can be used by any team to invalidate any earlier loss - why play non-conference games at all if you're just gonna ignore any result you don't like?
