Yes, did you read the thread? As stated, we’re gathering supplies which takes awhile. Also, we have already lowered the price since the cost of shipping has gone up.

The product comes with the card by itself and a bracket for the 13" MBP that holds the bottom lid down.

We post to the thread directly when stock is updated, that way everyone has a fair chance.

802.11ax is not easy since native drivers would have to be written and they would probably become broken on each subsequent macOS update, not to mention FCC approvals to go through.

Yes, your machine is compatible, which is stated in the list of compatible machines in the first post of this thread. We also don't just send cards out.

Sorry, these aren’t mass produced items; they’re hand made one by one and that takes time.

is there a way to produce these cards for the masses, maybe by teaming up with a manufacturer?
I love my matte 2.7 gHz Non-Retina 2012 MBP, but I think you would reach more people if the price (which you would probably only do through mass production) was lower.

Still a strong project, keep it up!

Yes, we have asked people to try in get in touch with Larry at OWC to see if they can take this off of our hands or collaborate, but we do not know how to get in touch with them.

OWC is about the only company who could pull this off for the benefit of all unibody MacBook Pro owners. :)
