Problem with the JB is it is now asking for the Apple ID and password before it will proceed. Do not give it.
Do you just cancel it or what to continue?

"You might also be asked to enter your Apple ID and password (this is required to create a developer profile on your device)."

Speaking only from a jailbroken perspective of 9.0.2 - yes. Apple Pay works while jailbroken.Maybe a stupid question, but does Apple Pay still work when jailbroken?

Yeah that's what I did too. No need to use your real Apple ID.I got it installed. I created a dummy Apple ID because I didn't want to use my own. It took around 5 minutes after that to install Cydia. Working great on my device.
jailbreak seems to work quite well... i might be able to finally put the SE i bought last month to work
activator settings is crashing, so ill try a restore of my 5S over it so see if the settings stick, but it will probably fsck up evertyhing hahaha... that thing is something that dates back to ios 4.x
