I had no problem with Beta 7. It only started today. I will monitor it and will take action over the next day or two if it actually presents an issue by reduced battery life.
I think I've found what was draining my battery in the background. Just by now I was messing around in the settings and found that Background App Refresh was enabled for ALL my apps, and I always let this option off to preserve my battery. I think it turned itself on or something cause I remember letting it off. So do you use this option?!

Hmm. I didn't install the iOS 9.3 yet. I hope I would not see significant battery issue on this version of software, otherwise I would like to replace my unit again.

Since beta 7 is exactly the same as the final release I've had the pleasure of using it for a week and I must say its been flawless. I haven't had a single app close or weird bug or lag and I must say that it's probably the best iOS release in terms of stability and fluidity in a long time.
It's good but not perfect. CarPlay still crashes on startup plenty.

It's pretty good but I am still noticing very minor stuttering when opening apps on the 6s.

But that's just being very nit picky.

Apple still did not fix safari on iPad with the bookmarks tab, on my iPad touching the bookmarks in portrait mode makes the bookmarks sidebar go away however it doesn't work the same in landscape mode hitting bookmarks tad in landscape after you hit your bookmark website it still keeps the bookmarks sidebar and you have to hit bookmarks to make it go away.

Why can't they make portrait and landmark work the same. The side bookmarks bar should disappear after you click your saved website like it does in portrait. Argh was this so hard to fix???

I've seen some lag here and there on a 6s plus. Nothing I can't live with. It's generally in spotlight or if I'm doing a lot of multitasking.

Very impressed overall 9.3 on iPhone 6S and iPad Air 1. 6S force touch is noticeable improved (moving cursor on keyboard was unusable before 9.3) and multitasking switching much easier to activate. iPad Air also has wayyyy less stutter around UI/keyboard. No brainer update for anyone on iOS 9.

Anyone have this installed for the iPad Pro 13"? Does it limit the Pencil capabilities like everyone was saying? I love my machine right now, (smooth, and no issues with lagging,) is 9.3 somehow even more smooth? Also did it affect the speaker volume at all?

Thanks for any help. :)

9.3 is working well in this house; updated 2 iPhones and an iPad Air.
I wish Night Shift had a more simple on/off operation, while allowing the user more complex scheduled and sundown/sunrise settings if they choose to use that.

Doesn't Night Shift have that through Control Center or Settings app?

I don't know what happened there.
The first time I used it from Control Centre I had a box pop up with a couple of options. Clicking the option I thought I wanted brought me to Settings. I left the Settings and nothing appeared to happen with Night Shift.
However, after you asked that question I went back to Night Shift in Control Centre and it appears to work the way I wanted; toggles on and off.
Thanks for posting, I didn't realize that!

20% Battery and my 6s shuts down without any question. Percentage when charging again was at 31%.

So what's going on? First big bug?

Wow battery is bad on 6S+ on final release... Same as beta. I have to put phone in battery mode at 100% and in 40 mins minimal use I'm already 80% lol
Same here. It's pathetic actually. I even reset network and all settings and that didn't do a thing

Looks like I'll wait. sorry it's bugging out on ya'll. I usually take a while to update as most often the last update is good enough. These "big" updates are a bit scary as they have a much higher chance of adding new bugs and errors to the system, no matter how powerful or new the device is.

Kal.
I know there is 9.3.1 activity but I'm not sure how big of an update that is going to be.

Updated my 6S last night and no issues as yet...battery seems to be fine and nothing effected my use of it so far.

I can't seem to get the Touch ID to work with Notes. I enable it, and set up a password, but I still get into Notes without asking for my fingerprint or password.

You have to press the share button on the note and press the lock button. Stupid indeed.

But how come you can delete locked notes? Shouldn't they be asking you for your password?
