9to5: Apple Stores to Carry 4GB MacBook Airs

You really do have to go and ask them to check their inventory. Two guys on the floor at my local Apple store told me they didn't have the 4GB model, that it was BTO only. I then asked one of the manager types - the guy telling everyone else what to do - and even he seemed uncertain until he called back to check their inventory. That was a few days ago, so perhaps things have changed as more people people have asked the question. But it was weird how the 4GB model was something of a stealth inventory item.
