I actually preordered the Max and used it for a week. It was WAY too big for me and I had just come from the 8 Plus. I have huge hands and it was too much of a bump in screen size. I’m usually using my phone with one hand too and the 8 Plus was manageable but the Max was basically impossible. I absolutely love my X and believe it’s the perfect size. The only thing I’d change is widening it maybe a little but not a deal breaker.
widening it a little is basically the max model. I had the X for a year and always had + size phones before. The X felt like a baby it was easier to use but I got used to the max model fast and I have small hands and use it one hand ALL the time and also caseless. Each their own I guess I love the extra screen size.

What would you suggest that they actually bring to the table other than the triple in the camera this year? I mean, Face ID was a huge breakthrough, stereo speakers, True tone, wireless charging, what else are you expecting for Apple ‘to bring to the table’? I Only ask, because you leave your post open for questioning, being you didn’t explain it.

I'm not really sure? I wanna upgrade from a XS 5.8 to a Max this year but it's gotta be worthwhile for me.. I wanted a smaller notch, less weight on the Max version but a bigger battery at the time..

Just look at the S10 Plus a 4100mAh battery and less weight than. the Max.

I quite like the tri-camera setup ! I think it looks quite cool. And certainly different enough to what the other manufacturers are doing.

Nope. I switched from an 8 back in March to a Galaxy S10e...so going from either of those to an XS is fantastic.

As such, unless I just all of a sudden get the gimme-gimmes for a new phone in September, I don't see myself getting a new phone anytime soon. The camera on the XS is already far better than the 8 was, and quite a bit better than the S10e was.

yeah i guess your right the mate 20 pro does look alot better. due to the large camera hump on the iphone.

And some Kia owners believe their Kia looks a lot better than a Ferrari.

To each their own.

With only 6 million units of the mate20/pro/x sold not that many else do, which is fortunate since they have lost almost all second hand value.

I'm honestly super happy about the iPhone X I got a few months ago. I think I will stick with it until the 5G iPhones arrive, unless I happen to stumble across a fantastic offer for any of the newer models.

iOS has become stale, iOS 13 looks hopeful, but until I get my hands on it I might not upgrade this year.

It depends entirely on low light camera performance for me. And a little but on whether they're finally bringing USB c.

I'm considering a last gen (well current gen now butnitnwilk be last gen by the time I grab it) pixel for my work phone mostly for that reason.

I really like the design.

Reminds me of this.

Interesting! They’ve definitely been inspired by that style lens configuration. A friend of mine built a Canon EF mount adapter into an iPhone case so his iPhone can take Canon glass, he shot with a 400mm the other day and the photos look wonderful.

So reading through my news stories today I keep seeing stories show up about the leaked iPhone 11 images. I hope this is not true because I think the design is ugly and not “Apple Like”. If you haven’t read the articles or seen the pictures, check out the link below. Do you share the same thoughts as me or do you like this rumored design? Will you be upgrading?

They’ve been making this design phone for how many years? iPhone 6? How is it not “Apple like”
