Thanks. I went to the apple store this morning hoping for a miracle, they of course didn't have any in stock, then ordered online from my car.

I also got a shipped notice. Will be here by 3pm tomorrow. Then lets see if I like them! haha
 
I hear you. I've checked my AT&T status about 30 times today. I'd like to avoid having AirPods shipped by both AT&T and Best Buy, although it looks like Best Buy is truly backordered now.
 
thanks for the thread, I just ordered mine and am hoping to be lucky as well! A little extra something under the tree for me...I did pay for expedited shipping, will post when I have info...credit card was charged right away, that seems like a positive sign.
 
I've been on "Preparing to ship" for about six hours now.

Has anyone here placed an order for standard shipping and had their order ship? If so, which carrier is used?
[doublepost=1482454342][/doublepost]Answering my own question, my order from 11:45 a.m. today just shipped via USPS at 7:50 p.m. Eastern. The tracking number isn't active in USPS' system yet, so I'm not sure of the estimated arrival date.

A few on Reddit did standard and shipped way after I placed the order :/. They didn't mention what though.
 
For people with delivery tomorrow, which carrier has the shipment?
