I just ordered from BB.
It states ships by 2/07, but hoping it delivers within a couple days like the other posters here have mentioned.
It currently says backordered, & if status doesn't change by tomorrow evening, I'll probably just cancel & take my chances at an apple store. (I've been plenty close.....today the person in front of me got the last one & yesterday, I was about 5 away)

When I ordered mine from BB it said specifically they'd deliver by 22 December. Not sure anyone with Feb estimate has had it move up to this week?
I just ordered from Best Buy, and its showing "Delivered by 12/23". Lets see if they were lying.

Interesting development indeed. The order I placed this morning looks like it's entered "Preparing to ship" for the last time with a deliver by date of 12/22 and the "Change Order" and "Cancel Order" button grayed out.
I didn't get next day shipping as it wasn't a option when I ordered but I should have if it were a choice.

Right now, around 8:45 PM MST, I see BestBuy showing them in stock with a 2-day delivery....12/23.
i placed 2 orders. i didn't pay $40 (since it wouldn't let me order more than 1 per order it would be 19.95 per order) for next day shipping. i can wait until friday... considering that my apple order has a date of jan 30. plus we get 45 days to return to best buy if we decide we don't like them!

Placed an order at 8:15PM Eastern last night and was quoted a deliver by date of 2/7/17 because of backorder. Just checked and my order is now showing as "Preparing" and has a "Get It By" date of 12/22!!

I ordered a pair off of BB.com this morning - at the time it showed a ship date of February 8 but I'd decided to give it a go after hearing how many other people seemed to have come up quick through BB. All day long my order status was changing from preparing to backordered, back & forth, but always showing the 2/8 ship date. Now my status says that it delivers by tomorrow and my card has been charged. Should I expect to see them ship/show tomorrow or even fairly quickly or just expect more back & forth?
