My order from BB went from processing to waiting UPS pickup, will be delivered by Thursday, I also ordered a pair last night from Verizon's website at 10:56 PM EST, and my wife signed for them at 11:04 am EST this morning, she is bringing them to me at work as I type this.

Airpods At Walmart, BB, Walmart, Etc..?

Please report in on local store availability. My local BB in LA said yesterday they were expecting a truck "today or tomorrow, definitely this week" with AirPods, but weren't sure beyond that.
Just got charged by apple original delivery date dic 29. Preparing for shipping
My BB order is ready for UPS to be delivered on Thursday. Ordered one from Verizon last night and it's on the truck for delivery. 
The key is timing, get there too early and a truck might not have made a delivery yet for that day. Get there too late and they might be gone. I would not hunt BB stores though unless one is close to where one lives.
This online thingy seems to be working pretty good to secure a pair.
Ordered last evening from Best Buy in that brief window with a scheduled delivery for 12/22. Just shipped via FedEx scheduled for Thursday delivery.
Seems as if no one has and they have been getting lucky with the shipping date.
Or they dont want to answer.
I ordered from Verizon.com last night at 9:47p and today at 12:21p FedEx showed up. Woo-hoo!

Not yet, it looks like BB is processing online orders for now. Stores may get shipments but no one knows.
I am going to check my local store in a little while. Mine are shipping and arriving tomorrow but I am curious as to stores getting any.

When I would look up the Airpods on the Bb site/app it said deliver would be in Feb. but when I added it to my cart, it changed to 12/22 delivery.
Ordered yesterday at 1630 from Best Buy and currently out for delivery in Albuquerque. Originally showed delivery for Thursday.
Hard to say. I placed an order this morning and it went to pending, to in progress, to backordered, and currently back to in progress.
Maybe there's still hope.
My local store did not get any Airpods today. Looks like it is going to online only for awhile.
If they have them available for orders, why not ship some to stores so the load could be taken off of utilizing carriers to ship them to us is my question.

When did you order? I missed the golden window when BB had them in stock. Trying to get them ASAP but no word from BB.
Have you seen the word "backordered" at all? Mine has gone back and forth since this morning, but it seems like I ordered earlier than some people who've had them shipped.
Yeah, mine has gone back and forth like six times today. Holding out hope as well. Best Buy always seems to ship at the last possible second for me on stuff like this, so I guess I'll find out tonight or tomorrow.
