I’ve ordered the Waterfield case in chocolate leather. £103 shipped to the UK, which I didn't think was bad at all.
Mine is due to ship on the 22nd, seems like a long wait and I am keen to get it, but that really is a first world problem lol

FYI, I ordered 25 Dec with estimated shipping date 15 Jan; just got a note today (3 Jan) that it shipped and I should have it on the 6th.I’ve ordered the Waterfield case in chocolate leather. £103 shipped to the UK, which I didn't think was bad at all.

Hmm I ordered same day. Hopefully get an update soon for when mine will go out.FYI, I ordered 25 Dec with estimated shipping date 15 Jan; just got a note today (3 Jan) that it shipped and I should have it on the 6th.
US order though, not sure it will make a difference.
I saw this case on Amazon and wondered how it was. It looks good! After 13 days I just received my case from China , ordered through amazon . The quality of this case is good for the price I paid . I just need to find me one of those magnetic butterflies to put in the case to trigger low power mode . Thats if I want to store it in the case without the Apple sleeve and to keep them from banging together.

I really like the black. Also, how do you know that the case is switching the headphones to low power mode?My WaterField case just came in and I am VERY impressed with it. The materials, construction and utility are all excellent.

The butterfly magnets flawlessly switch the headphones to low power mode.

There’s extra storage all throughout the case, with enough room to hold my AirPods Pro and extra cables/adapter. I honestly couldn’t ask for anything else out of a case. Well worth the money, in my opinion.

Good idea. I’ve tended to check the Bluetooth connection list (paired devices) and the magnets that are in the official case or WaterField’s - set this to disconnected.I use the battery widget on my phone and can see the AirPods icon instantly disappear after placing them in the case. Once removed from the case, the AirPods icon immediately shows back up on the battery widget.
Can I ask what the import duties were? I have ordered my case, but it hasn’t shipped yet, so was wondering what I was going to be in for lolReally happy with my WaterField case. Spot on in fact barring the slightly tight pocket for the UK power brick.
My review is here:
It is a bit pricy true but nice that they offer a pre-payment of the import duties and the FedEx shipping to the UK was ace and speedy.
🎧💎
Mmm @Fatboy71 I paid only £103 and no inport duty as their shipping service adds this to the order for you. So the price to pay includes the duties already taken for you.Add on the ridiculous customs fees that us in the UK have to pay, and it will put that price up considerably.
I've ordered from the US numerous times, and I initially thought "not that expensive", then you get the card through the door from the Post Office with the amount that needs to be paid for the fees
Estimate paying between £130-£140.
It is a very nice case though![]()
£0. I am sure the order process mentions that FedEx calculate the duties before - so the charge on WaterField in $ includes the import duties. Think EBay do something like this. But I paid nothing extra to FedEx and it was plain sailing ⛵️Can I ask what the import duties were?
