AirPods Max Pre-Order / Order / Delivery Thread

If people are still looking for pink or green, Officeworks in Sydney Australia has them in stock for next day delivery.

Just received a pair of sky blue from them (I think I bought the only pair they had lol). Space grey will go to the partner for Xmas!

OKAY so I called Best Buy and it is NOT in stock, they are expecting it in stock soon ... A few stores are announcing getting stock on the 23rd so.. who knows. It will most likely be faster than apple if you are getting a 2 to 3 month time quote on your Apple order.

i’ve been doing that a few times a day. I live in New England and it has been pretty dry here in regards to seeing any stock at all ☹️ Good advice and I’m still checking

It’s hit and miss, but they do show up. It’s how got mine as well. Mostly SG, Silver and occasionally Green.

I got an extra AirPods max silver in the release date that I have sealed, cause I wasn't sure what color I wanted. I might publish in Facebook market place. there are a lot of people selling it through that Chanel if you guys are interested.
 
Target is already dropping some Silver ones every hour or so (and supposedly more on the 23rd). When I ordered the delivery date was between 12/28 and 30. You'll have to act quickly as they last for 20 seconds or so.
 
My SG APM I ordered on launch day from Apple with a 12/31 delivery date just went to “preparing to ship”. It would definitely be nice to get them a little early
 
Hopefully that means Best Buy will be shipping all the orders that got placed between Dec 8-11. Still checking the Apple Store to see if they become available but like another member said, New England seems to be dry.

Ok. Trying this out. I have an At&T order open but maybe Best Buy will beat them.
 
I confirmed with Best Buy customer service if you placed an order on the 8/9 which is unfilled by Dec. 29, they will be cancelling your order that day.

Don't have much hope with a policy like that, and the ability to make shipping changes just became activated on my delayed order.

They are trickling in at Target, Verizon, and a few other retailers - I wouldn’t be surprised if there another drop in the next few days.

this is normal for almost any Apple product when it first comes out especially new ones. People stay up late and buy up everything they can and then resell them for double the price. And since they do this all the time there’s obviously a market for it, people with money to burn, they would rather have it first then have the cash
 
Nothing happening at all in the southern counties of the U.K. Checking 5 times a day and no stock in any of the 12 Apple stores nearest to me

Finally got some movement on my Best Buy order. Says delivery will be Monday, Dec 28th. Ordered Dec 9th. Got “delayed order” message on the 15th. Got message yesterday the 22nd that AirPods Max arrived in Pennsylvania USPS facility. I live in Ohio.
 
Ordered the green ones. Curious if I actually get them by 5-10 days as promised by the shop I ordered them from.
 
Anyone order from B&H photo receive their order yet? I got in on their pre-order on the 15th and wondering if anyone that ordered from the initial stock on the 10th see movement yet.
 
Wow, mine just shipped with overnight delivery from Apple! Looks like they should get here (fingers crossed) over a week early, before Christmas!

I got an extra pair as I found an Apple pickup as I was waiting for my Verizon delivery (I know...sorry to sound like a princess) so was thinking to sell on eBay vs return. From what I’m seeing...last week eBay was going for average 700-800 depending on color. The last few days, they’re only going for high 500-mid 600. I’m guessing they’re trickling into stores and becoming more available or, people won’t make it for Xmas anymore.

Let us know if the date moves closer, mine are also for the 18-24th Feb. Jumped from mid March about a week ago. But I noticed in the Apple Store App the dates have started slipping up again.
