Silver and Grey now available at U.K. stores. No blue though. I have both blue and grey on order as I couldn’t make my mind up. Leaning towards the blue
I just spoke with amazon chat (de) and they told me that item was stuck in shipment and mostly it take 2-3 working days to get the package shipped and 3-5 days to get delivered to you.
I'm pretty sure they are clueless as when i ordered it was saying out of stock and it remains like that the past 4 days. But who knows...

Just snagged a pair from Apple-Altamonte (FL). Pick up at 11:15am today. I got space gray. They also had sky blue and silver.
They're not in London, but we're in Tier 4 anyway. I'll wait for mine to be delivered on the 6th Jan.
So, my BB order from 12/8 sat in Chicago for 3 days and is now in PA. Estimated delivery is today by 9pm. Highly doubtful.
My local apple store had a pair of silver in stock. Ordered them and picked them up the same day.
I didn't use any software. Just happened to check local stock when I thought about it. Might be the best way to get a pair soon.

Just got a UPS tracking number for the order I made at Target.com yesterday. They are possibly right on.....target...with their dates. Ha!

Is it best to check Apple Store 6am or throughout the day? I haven't been religiously checking, but until today, I haven't seen them in stock any any of the 12 stores that that are listed since launch day (didn't pull the trigger then). I've checked several times right at 6am and then sporadically during the day. Today right at 6am there was one store (about three hours away) with space grey in stock.
Yea I purchased last night and they have already shipped. Coming next Wednesday.
Apple store near me shows available stock for the space gray AirPods max. I'll be returning the silver model for the space gray one.

I was tempted to order pick up from the store in the UK today. SG and Silver were both available at multiple locations in North East. But decided to stick with delivery order with engraving. Already accepted that will get them in two months but at the same time still keep following this thread Hope the date will eventually move from mid Feb to Jan as I see they pop up in the shops now and then. Or maybe demand will go down after the Xmas and New Year and they start shipping online delivery orders sooner rather than later.
TMobile randomly showed a sky blue in stock and I snagged it. Shipping immediately. Even got a call from a TMobile rep confirming the order. Already have a silver pair but thinking of switching out to a darker headband color...
