AirPods, Order/Shipping Thread

Found my order through FedEx. It's coming on the 20th from Rialto, CA. but, I am flying out to Vegas that morning. I was hoping to get it on the 19th. Oh well

While apple website says that it's still PFS. I checked the Fedex site using the track by reference and entered my phone number and looks like the label is created and shipment info sent to Fedex. Did say that delivered by end of 12/20/16 so looks like I'll be getting mine a day earlier. It's shipping from Mount Joliet, TN. This is how I got my tracking number:cool:
 
Just got a notification from Apple Store that my AirPods are on their way with delivery before the 20th! Maybe I'll get them on Monday, whoopie!

I'm in norway btw..

I'm showing a label created with delivery 12/20 as well. Shipping from Rialto, CA. Still PFS on order though.

FedEx info has updated and AirPods should deliver on Tuesday 20th.

Ordered 13th around 9:30

UK delivery services are pretty fast depending on which company they use. I've had items delivered Monday morning having shipped on a Sunday. Must be because we're not a very big country.

I think it's because the UK Apple Store operates a next working day delivery service for items ordered up to 6PM on Saturday - so their standard shipment collections won't be until after 6PM Saturday anyway.
 
I'm still in preparing for shipping with expected delivery of the 21st. I'm in Tampa Florida so hopefully I'll see some movement soon. I literally can't wait to try this product. It was my favorite announcement at the keynote.

Got my fedex shipping notice. Its coming from TN with 2day. Looks like apple spent a week or so getting the orders delivered to the local hubs for every country before starting orders. I actually like them for doing this because this GURRANTEES delivery before Christmas. Shipping them directly from china would've been a nightmare expensive and delays would definitely occur.
 
Had a chat with Apple just to confirm the shipping status:

"OK, so I can see that prepared to dispatch status, and do expect your order to ship this evening, for delivery on Monday"

So I guess, UK orders will ship by evening for delivery on Monday for those who got a Dec 19 delivery estimate.

Same here. This product is very Apple. "We didn't invent wireless headphones but we're going to show you what we can do at the same price. Are your socks on? Not for long..."

Mine are expected the 20th. Kind of surprised they won't be here Monday though since the pickup is only like 2 hours away. Unless they aren't going to bring it to my closer depot until monday. Guess we'll see.

Why is everyone freaking out over this? If you've got a 19th delivery date they'll either be shipped this evening or tomorrow. Simple. Stop worrying.
