Are your airpods still in Newark because mine already left and arrived at another facility?
According to Apple all stores will be getting SOME stock starting tomorrow and then regular deliveries going forward. I'm going to try tomorrow at 9am opening of my local store.
Nope, just know a couple of people in different states who went out about half an hour before opening.
Yeah, mine did the same. I'm 60 miles from the Apple warehouse in Ontario CA and they went to Memphis.
It's a shame they're at the hub right now but still scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. For a launch day item, it's unusual Apple sent them via 2-day shipping rather than overnight.
Mine has also arrived at my 'destination sort facility' in CT. Hoping for a tomorrow delivery, even though my estimated delivery date is still Tuesday.
Weirdly, Apple's website says my AirPods are currently "Out for delivery" which is not only strange because it's 9PM on a Sunday, but also because it contradicts UPS' website which shows it just currently sitting at their facility. One can dream of an even earlier delivery.
Mine departed from Newark. Still saying Tuesday delivery from FedEx but I'd imagine it's on its way to my local facility. Hopefully I'll get them tomorrow.
