If they are already in the country they probably won't be dispatched until tomorrow or Sunday. I'm in the UK and my delivery estimate is the 19th.

Anyway. I'm in the UK and mine are preparing for dispatch. Woo!

Edit: I did post here. Ah well.
 
Mine is still preparing for shipment (Toronto) with a December 20th delivery date. I keep checking its progress, it's a problem!
 
my order in Australia has shipped. Its in Sydney now and will be delivered to Melbourne Monday.
 
My order was preparing for shipment but now it went back to processing items. My estimated delivery is 20th in Germany. What happened :eek:
 
Same just happened to me again, was preparing for shipment, now back to processing. This has happened 3 times now.

So it's apparent they're coming from local warehouses. I'm just 10 minutes away from Apple's UK warehouse.

10 minutes away from thousands of AirPods.

So close, yet so far away... :D

I show the charge in Apple Pay for yesterday but no change in status. It looks like (at least here on this thread) that Europe/Australia are shipping for now. I think mine will break for PFS sometime today. I'd love an early delivery but I'm not home half the day on Monday/Tuesday so I'd rather wait until Wednesday.
