AirPods UK Retail Availability

Is it just me or has there been NOTHING in any store now for a long while? Seems like it's worldwide? Not a single pair?
 
Europe has been dry recently, especially UK (who got a serious momentum earlier).
Current refills are all US, not even Canada get some.

From our insights, an apple store US refill is coming today/tomorrow, last one was followed by an euro refill (but UK got nothing).

So maybe something for the end of the week.

This is highly hypothetical and can be proven wrong anytime.
 
Does anyone know what the reason is for such stringent supply? This is absolutely crazy! Was such a pain to wait for my Apple Watch, then the recent MacBook... now this... I am dreading the release of the iPad in March and iPhone later in the year...
 
I received a notification from iStockNow early this morning about availability on the Currys website. Have ordered and should hopefully be receiving tomorrow morning.

Does anyone know when we can expect the next 'Europe rollout wave'. Currently I'm listed as the next person on the waiting list to get the AirPods at my local Apple Authorised Reseller

Strange, the Reseller told me that they receive about 3 pairs of AirPods a week, but the actual Apple Stores seem to get less. Although, the Reseller doesn't make them available to everyone, just to those who pre-ordered. I ordered in the Netherlands by the way. I guess I can expect them next week then
 
Folk, I 'think' retailers are getting them on 10th Feb.

Amazon now have them for preorder with a release date of 10th Feb, and Carphone warehouse state a delivery date of 13th Feb.

Just my guess.
 
I've had mine for a week or so now. How are people finding the battery drain on the case? I need to do some actual testing but it does seem to discharge rather quickly.
 
I have preordered with Apple but delivery end of Feb. Saw quite a few on eBay, but wouldn't pay over retail value. Some are selling for 250 quid... why would people do that?!

Amazon might be an option but they charge 10 quid more and postage...

I think Amazon will drop the price and you will only end up paying 160 as that is the rrp. In my experience, when I have preordered with them for a higher price, they always dropped it before dispatch.

I checked online and found some in PC World one afternoon. They sold out really quick. I'd just keep some bookmarks set-up and check from time to time.
