I dunno, somewhere in West Texas
It's just the whole feel of using it I like. I've only been on iOS for a year and was on Android for 4 years before that so if anything I'm more familiar with Android. I enjoyed my time using it and am in no way anti it in any way, but my general feeling since moving is that I am now using something that feels more refined. I wouldn't rule out a return to Android in the future and after playing with a friends S4 last night, I liked what I saw. I just prefer at this point, the simplicity and fluid nature of iOS. :)

Yea I kinda understand what you mean. I also like the simplicity of the iPhone, but I also like the versatility of android, which is why I use both :D

Do that in appstore and you also get lots of results. Are those all spams and scam apps as well?

I think you discredit genuine apps and developers with your totally unfounded bias statement.

You are so naive to think apple is any better.

And where did you get samsung spend 13 times more money on marketing than apple? Nonsense.
Just search on web and you will find it. http://www.sammobile.com/2013/04/18/samsung-taiwan-apologies-for-the-fake-htc-one-reviews/

http://news.cnet.com/8301-17852_3-57598338-71/samsung-bashing-apple-works/

http://pocketnow.com/2013/08/02/samsung-astroturfing

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/tag/samsung-scandal

Yeah I am clearly ''trolling'' I think CNET, Pocketnow and huffingtonpost is ''trolling'' too.

Also: https://www.securelist.com/en/blog/8106/ http:/ /www.selectrealsecurity.com/remove-android-virus

Although you say you have had a SGS4……..You haven't really, have you? Your posts are made up of outdated hearsay. Why not go use a flagship Android phone and then come back and give us your thoughts rather than some nonsense that you have read on the web.

Yep, I have black GS4, Black Note 10.1 (2013 model), Black iPhone 4S, White iPhone 3G, blue iPod shuffle. This is all I got. I never used a HTC / SONY / LG or Nexus Android Phone, I can't same anything about them. But I used Samsung and my thoughts are not so good. Those are *my* thoughts anyway.

----------

"You don't use the features" - I like the way you feel you can speak for everyone. Personally I agree that a lot of the features aren't much use to me, though I do use air gesture and smart stay, and occasionally multi window. And I'm sure other people make good use of the other features.
I also disagree that touchwiz is ugly and don't think it lags too much. A lot of it is a matter of personal opinion and choice, although you seem to be putting your opinion across as fact.

I personally don't use them but If you liked them and If you think Touchwiz is not bad you can buy GS4 of course. Those are MY thoughts. I think it's not worth it but it's your decision.

1. You have to download the APK
2. You have to have enabled application from other sources
3. You have to install the APK

So no, no ****ing way you can be infected by BT, well you can be infected if you're so naive to accept incoming files from unknown people from BT and install them without knowing what you're installing.

Yes! I was talking about APK applications. Normal apps cannot be transferred with bluetooth but infected APK files can attach themselves to another file and they can infect your phone without you're know that you are installing that file. That's how most viruses work, nobody wants to installs a virus, viruses install themselves.

Can you stop writing wrong things? Your own links contradict what you're saying.

Read them if after you have read them you still don't understand how Android installation process works, ask.

My God, even the first screenshot can give you a hint

Have you ever heard of DroidDream virus? It's extinct now but it uesd to work like this: You pair your Android Device to an infected Android Device. You don't have to download any APK from it, (virus is hidden so you can't see it on folders.) just download something. Like a picture. Virus automatically attachs itself to that file. You though you installed a picture but in reality you downloaded a VIRUS and a picture. You couldn't realise you installed a virus beacuse it used to get activated in midnight. Also bluetooth is not only way, you can get viruses by just browsing web but it's rare.

Really, stop, it is very clear that you don't know what you're talking about.

When you can post a single link of an Android virus that doesn't need user interaction to be installed,. post it, until then you're just talking nonsense

Ps, another hint, guess why every outlet calls Droiddream TROJAN

You have to install something to get a virus / trojan but I am talking about it can hide itself to look like a wallpaper, music etc. Or even it can attach itself to a mail or another file or even a SMS, it's pretty simple. Android HAS viruses. Android used to be a safe platform. Viruses are not as common as windows viruses but there are lots of viruses written for Android. Did you know most of mobile viruses / trojans are made for Android?

Oh, I forgot! You will ask me to prove it or you will say something like ''I don't belive you send a link'' So here's the link: http://www.kaspersky.com/about/news/virus/2013/99_of_all_mobile_threats_target_Android_devices

Did you know what a ****ing virus is? Because a TROJAN is not a virus.

Really, stop, if you don't know, stop writing.

A lot of those Facebook apps are just different kinds of Facebook apps. Apple AppStore has similar things...

Friendly for Facebook
ILoader for Facebook
Facebook camera
Facebook pages manager
Facely HD for Facebook
Etc

I never had a problem with malware on Android. Granted I'm not dumb enough to download something that's obviously a scam of some sort.

Haven't we all used a computer here? Do you download obvious scams and malware? No? Then why would you pick up a phone and do it?

DO NOT BUY AN ANDROID DEVICE! I warn you! I bought Galaxy S4 beacuse I looked better than iPhone 5 on paper. It has a nice camera (I think GS4's camera is better than iPhone 5 but iPhone 5S' camera is better than gs4) but it's oversized. It's nearly impossible to use it with one hand. Android is really slow and laggy. Android updates are just horrible! You have to wait for months to get an update. Most apps in Google play are really awfull. 3/4 apps are scam and full of viruses. I wanted to download Facebook App and I saw 30 fake apps! Also Android will slow down over time and it will be worthless. My next phone will be iPhone (Maybe iPhone 6 :D ). It will look like better than Apple for 1-2 months and then you will notice how bad it is.

I'm sorry but.. stop talking .. your trolling to hard.. first off i said i was going to get a nexus 5.. gets updates straight from google. runs stock android without bloat.., i did get this phone and its great. some features lack compared to iOS annd some are better. both OS are good. id say stock is the way to go i don't think i would ever get an android running not on stock. anyways i like the phone and i just got a 5s to. i like it as well. both are great but my nexus 5 has been sitting on my desk for a week. gonna use it again and probably sell my 5s and wait for apple to get a bigger screen. Love them both but i love web browsing on my nexus 5 the screen is so crisp. not that the 5s isn't its very good just in a smaller package.

Thanks for the update. How is the battery life on the N5? One of the things that has kept me away from Android phones for the last 2 years (after own numerous Android phones since the original G1) has been the abysmal battery life.

My iPhone 4 (running iOS 5.1.1, StraightTalk SIM) lasts 2-3 days between charges. Similar usage on Android regardless of handset or version of Android had been less than a full day. Only by manually mucking with settings throughout the day was I able to get a day and a half.

I've heard from friends and acquaintances that their iPhone 5 experiences are moving closer to Android territory.

Recently I've been dabbling with a Windows Phone 8 device (Lumia 520) to get a feel for the OS and battery life. So far, I'm getting nearly the same battery life as I am with my iPhone 4. I'm waiting to see how the app situation unfolds before getting one of the upper end Lumias.

The main reason I'm never looking back to android and sticking with apple is because of APPS, APPS, AND MORE APPS. Already, I've bought more apps on the App Store than the play store, so it's also partially me not wanting to have to rebuy all of the apps I currently bought.

*My story with the iPhone 4S*

Before getting the 4S, (my fifth iPhone) I had the lg Optimus 2x, the first dual core android phone. It lagged too much, even grandparents would think it's slow. So then, I went in January 2012 and bought myself a 4S. In the beginning, I was all thrilled and really enjoyed iOS 5. But, as the days passed, I started to become tired of the iOS 5 look. After a while, in March 2012, I went and bought a galaxy s2. I used it for a year, bought a galaxy s3 in January 2013, and now bought a 5S, seriously missing my 4S and my old 4. I'm still seriously loving the iOS 7 look, with it being two months already. I can tell I'm keeping this till the next iPhone.

What's your story about your iPhone?

Steve Jobs couldn't have said it better: "It just works." After all, it's why you bought it; for it to work.
