I've never heard of it to be fair but might be wrong but if this is possible I'd like to know I always thought it was

Regarding plummeting popularity
Yes, this is been happening for a while. Sometimes if I'm really fast I can click on it before the amount lessens on the screen. Try closing my account to and reopening it go to that person town and instead of looking at there stats select the business that you want to buy open it, click on it very quickly, while it's still is showing the higher amount, and it should come through to you with higher popularity. I have made this happen several times. But often it takes several tries. Good luck!

Thanks for answers provided. Not a fan of replacing the Tapjoy one buck an hour to watch the same videos for 3 bucks a day. Boo. I have no idea how people are making are making large profits or getting bucks without real money now. I've only spent $5 of real money, which is fine. I won't spend much more. No one franchised anything of mine, but they aren't level 10 or fancy. I think

Updates often take more than they give
Wish I had read this before updating.
The 4 videos to get a buck are ridiculous.
Appears that stacking has been rendered useless- even long existing wonders.
Previous purchases have been morphed into something else. E.g., daffodils and tulips have been transposed. See decorations. It redecorated my town.
No response from Booyah, just the automated response that it is busy.

Lob23... you need to find higher popularity businesses, all the ones you have will only give you a buck or two for franchises.

I saw that Monday there was going to be some mire additions aswell looked like Ombies/aliens also my mate has just done his last expansion and it only cost 1.6 million I believe mine cost 2.2 like 2 days ago so maybe more land is coming

What splat is saying is if your businesses had more popularity people who have loads of bucks can franchise them and you will receive 50 bucks so 6 franchises you have 300 bucks

What an exciting day for MT2! Free shake to collect(awesome!), monsters, 2X coins, new houses etc! I could use some help from members here with access to countless $$. I've been playing MT2 for HOURS everyday since I got hurt and have made a pretty sweet town. I could desperately use some green dollars though. If anyone or everyone could please franchise as many businesses as possible to get me some bucks it would be appreciated more than you know. I play with my little daughter and she doesn't quite get why we can't buy certain things....
Anyways, franchise my businesses if you can and I'll send back whatever you would like on a daily basis. My ID is 37407459

The glitch
I've been selling others peoples buildings and getting the money for me. But I found a glitch using the glitch. When you buy something in the other persons town they automatically put it in your town. The town that I have been using has a open space in the same spot on their land that I had. So, I built a big top there. But because the glitch has a glitch whether something was there or not it will build whatever you built in the other town in the same spot in your town. After figuring this out I kept going in and out of the town building the big top in the same place. I did that like 10 xs yesterday and now my businesses are making 20,000-26,000 for 4 hours.

Basically I have now got 239 bucks so very close to mount Fuji I am trying to repay back as I go but if I haven't yet please let me know and I will do Hopefully I can get other bucks before Monday lol
