The same exact thing happened to me except on iPad. I emailed booyah and they got back to me quite quickly, they said only play the game on one device since iCloud is buggy.

I had a little over 4billion to start with and now im a little over 10billion after that little message..
It was in a box like how the daily lottery usually pops up, but with just the message "You've been granted a bulk load of coins." and a button that said OK... No icons or pictures or anything, just the message.
Not sure what happened.. but whatever i guess..
Was just curious if anyone else ran into anything like that..

bowman I got a nice surprise earlier too from booyah similar to yours.
My son ( he's 5 btw) who uses hubbys iphone also franchised my Starbucks and I got a boatload of coins. Yay, I still miss my old town though..

It would be nice if the Booyah ID appeared in the Friends view, near the town name. We have to enter it to add friends, but it's rather a pain to match it up with the town name when logging in later on... but I digress...
Since I'm "located" near San Francisco, all your East coast businesses are franchise-able only with bucks to me. Since I don't really have bucks, I would have to "relocate" closer to your town, so that I can franchise with coins.
By the way, what happened to your hot springs? I remember seeing it next to the bullet train. The combo reminded me of the Matterhorn ride at Disneyland.

Thanks for noticing the hot springs. I removed it to make room for some new population growth items. It will be returning soon. Since I have accumulated over 1 billion in coins I think I am good for awhile in that department. I am going to sell off some of my stock exchanges and create new space.

This morning was a real surprise. I woke up to find 1400 bucks thanks to someone who franchised from me. I missed who it was on the screen.
If any of you have bucks to spare please visit and franchise with them. I have mastered the coin department but want to do some town changes that require bucks.

How do I keep the big name places popularity up.. It seems to fluctuate so easily.. and yes I have some of the places that everyone seems to have ..but I just now went ahead and bought some low popularity places so I could see something that I really would like to have in My town.. Gracegirl @ #31405501 thank yoooooou! I did it--because so many are stockpiling huge piles (billions) of coins, my town is falling behind very fast. I had enough so I finally bought multiples for a total of 10 Stock Exchanges and remodeled everything into offices. How many SE should I buy? I'll bet someone is going to say "as many as possible". lol.

Since I seem to be a bit trigger happy with the screenshots at the moment, I'll just post these as kind of reference points. Then, I'll stop with the images..
So, here's a local business (some of you may have heard the name) I just franchised. Franchise fee was just over 500K coins for a popularity of about 50K. The image on the right shows the level 1 payouts for the business. I have 13 active stock exchanges all contributing to the payout.
