Anybody Playing My Town 2?

Lots of good info in there, been playing for quite a while blindly it seems and finding out now there were lots of better ways to be building. Anyone wanting to help out I am CCJK TX 31968866

If you know your way around it's easy with a non-jailbroken iDevice, and it still works with a 2.5. Sorry for not franchising much recently, I am swamped at work and my Mother is flying over to visit tomorrow.
 
Melzzzi....in your town phoenix, has starbucks seriousely 331.000 in popularity? Cause sometimes it changes to 29.000.... Just wondering. ;)

Its pretty common for the popularity to jump up and down sometimes, i've seen it in other cases too....

Mr keys I have two Starbucks. One is certainly 331,000 popularity and then the other one does fluctuate the funny thing is the one with lower popularity gives me $22k every 4 hrs lol The one with 331,000 is the coffee cup. In my Melzzy's town it is the donut.

I have a couple of other businesses that has 400k popularity. Now they fluctuate like the stock market :)
 
Does anybody have any tips on location for great businesses? Looking for franchises for coins....so I need to be close. looking for businesses with like more than 100.000 popularity....

Melzzzy, were should I be located to franchise your starbucks(the 330.000 in your city phoenix...) for coins for example? is it possible.....mytown, booyah st., cali...?


is there a good way to find those superbusinesses in the game....searchfunction where you see the popularity and so on....

I chose to be in san fransisco and the SB turned out to be a little over 3 mil in coins.

And if someone could hook me up with some bucks it would be great. Thanks everyone.

Maybe it is just me, but I am really concerned at the content of some of the videos that booyah are asking us to watch for bucks. In particular one about the mafia that glorifies crime and violence. From the forum I can see that young people play this game, with some adult supervision I am sure. These videos are very different to the main game and I think inappropriate. I have emailed booyah to air my feelings and await their response. Maybe I am just being a little sensitive, but would be interested to hear what others feel. If you feel the same as I do, then I would ask that you also email booyah.
 
Help! I had to start from the very begining. I was at level 50 before. My id is 40938943-Chivas05. Anything would be appreciated
 
Data Usage

Hi all

Just wondered if anyone else had noticed that My Town 2 seems to use a lot of data? It's ok on my ipad as I have a pretty high data allowance but I think I may need to delete it from my iphone as I am only 11 days into my monthly allowance and already used nearly half my data allowance. I tried deleting MT2 and usage drops way down again.

If I properly exit out of MT2 will it limit the usage do you know?

If anyone has Bucks to spare, I would gladly gift population in return for franchising me. I have two high popularity businesses I got from Booyatopia. Thank you to all who have helped so far. I am slowly getting towards my goal

The game is always running unless you remove it from the dock at the bottom when yo double click home.

:) haha! Moose; you've been great! I've been deciding what I should do and how to remodel.. You just made this game exciting for me again! Those past two days were crazy! Like someone else posted, forever in your debt for all that finger tapping. Never has that happened in this game for me in the past 6 months!!

Mr keys, I tried to find mytown, booyah street etc as well, but can't find the location. I was franchising someone and found this particular one and franchised it and luckily it kept the popularity as well.

The only I way I know how to franchise it is for bucks, and it is mega bucks :-(

When I check into Phoenix Rizing you are showing crazy extreme popularity - 19,000,000,000+ overall with 7 businesses at 2,147,483,647. Is this correct? is it just me?
Also Melzzzys Town recently showed Mercator de la Boqueria + a few others with huge pop (so I franchised it) but now it is down to 127.
As the others have now gone from your town I'm guessing they were franchises you were gifting to others and have now deleted. I'm not complaining -just curious.

Hi there

Yes those crazy extremes are correct!! But I am not sure for how long. And yes I had a few others that I had franchised from someone that HUGE popularity on there town and even I had it for awhile and then the popularity went down on mine but not on theirs so I deleted my businesses because they got really low and were taking valuable space :-(
The current ones cost MEGA bucks but as I said fingers crossed the pop will stay up there. Notice they are all from MyTown.

Does all this make sense ? Xx
