Lemme know if he responds. The forum members who became "buck billionaires" due to jail breaking or lock-screen glitch mostly don't post here anymore. Guys like Zaffre and Yool were completely overwhelmed by the "buck begging" that went on and as far as I can tell it is pretty much only sportsdevon and candyland that have taken up the reins.

I am curious if the jail breaking trick is still valid, as davidluko seems to indicate. I heard from reliable sources that it was patched up by Booyah (and if it wasn't, wouldn't some other user have posted about taking advantage of it?).

Getting a little tired of waiting for this update. I made a bunch of cosmetic enhancements to my town and built a few new things, but I am pretty bored with the game.
 
I agree with you Barracuda, I was completely taken by this game but the lack of updates or changes lately have made it a little stale...

I hope something happens soon because I really do still love it!

IMHO, the ranking goes in this order:

1. New York, NY
2. Paris, France
3. San Francisco, CA
4. Berlin, Germany
5. Los Angeles, CA

Yeah, that's fine. Let's discuss a bit more via PM. I would like to contribute to the ProBoards for sure.

Also, as far as the order I gave for good locations, I am going by # of popular businesses to franchise as the main criteria, along with current cumulative popularity of that area's best businesses.

Has anyone else noticed that today.. when I went to try to franchise a friend and shoot her over some coins it wouldn't show up on her page that I had franchised until I paid the buck to bring it "live".. I'm guessing the MT2 spies are making sure we can't get a green buck as a gift on one of our level 10’s as a thank you..cause now we would have to spend it to to franchise even once..and alot of you I was trying to help numerous times.. ;););)

����������Special thanks to you peeps with the green bucks..for being the Robinhood to my little town!! I know it's alot of work (just from trying to help people with coins)..and I very much appreciate every single time anyone gives me any green or pop's :):):) as Tigger would say..TTFN! ;)

Lunchtime!

Yup. Add me to the "getting bored of MT2" bandwagon. :) I started playing Booyah's other game, Pet Town, as I wait for the MT2 update. But in my boredom over MT2 the past few nights, I put together (for no reason in particular) image compilations of the different types of business skins. Maybe the newer players would be interested in seeing them?

And, sorry... this post is going to take up some space... :)

Getting Bored w/ MT2...

nyteowl: Having your cool compilation of the business skins all in one place was a very good idea!

Along with Aw5678, jennyroo, Barracuda Bay, and now you, I'm feeling the boredom too. That's why I started the resident list--something to keep me intereested while waiting for the next update. Booyah is going to lose a lot of once-dedicated players if they don't hurry up.

I was thinking we should start the same type of thing but for residents.
Try to get a photo of every type of character in the game and figure out where they come from!
 
mixer bar

hey guys,

some of u know i've been saving for mixer bar for a while. i have more than enough now with all the decreasing and all. but now i'm just not sure if it's a good investment or not. it's price is down to 8500bucks(from 22k) it's really affordable for me right nowi i was thinking of getting "quick" too. what do u think? should i franchise them both or not at all?
 
I would like to know what to do in my current situation, I am on level 22 only $140,xxx and 197 green bucks all thanks to the wonderful and kind people that have franchised my businesses from this forum. Do I buy the Eiffel Tower cause of the looks or save and purchase something that would help me to grow?:confused:

Here is the most sensible thing to do.

Convert your buildings to offices if you have not already. With 197 green bucks, buy the Sphinx (cost of 100 green bucks). It allows you to build all wonders instantly. Use 5 green bucks to auto build. Now use 120,000 coins to buy 4 stock exchanges. Thanks to Sphinx, they will auto build for free.

Your coin production will go way up. Every 30k coins, build another stock exchange INSTANTLY. Maybe go to 10-20 stock exchanges, your call. Build up the coins, and either reinvest in more exchanges or start buying up land plots. Before long you'll have opened up whole town and can start deleting the stock exchanges.

THEN buy the Eiffel Tower. It will be worth the wait.

Hmmmm it's kind of a big gamble now, huh? I want to say yes, but you just don't know!? I mean, they could go down way more, or we could get the update any minute now and they could sky rocket.

Or... We could get the update and there may be waaaay cooler stuff to do with that stack of bucks...?

I dunno what my vote is, but if it means anything at all, I haven't bought/franchised my next biz yet.... ;) but I know you've had your eye on that for a looooooong time!

For those that are wondering about the "More Levels Coming Soon!" popup button, if you click on the Level bar, it will popup. Of course, it only works for those of us who have reached L50.
