Honestly kinda confused by the reactions really. I feel like a lot of the issues that I have personally ran into are a result of app developers not updating their applications to work properly (e.g. for some reason some word documents not opening in Word for iPad but working fine for the mac)

Sure, there are limitations as a result of iPadOS like the multitasking but despite that, its still a very capable device. I feel like too many people saw the M1 in the iPad and ran wild with it despite no promises or indications towards a massive overhaul of iPadOS.

Yeah, high performance game session lasts way longer than it would’ve been on iPad Pro 2018. Nothing stutters or slows down as soon as iOS runs fine.
Mine is 11” cause 12.9” runs out of stock extremely fast for some reason. Just couldn’t understand why.

I was disappointed and let down by iOS 15 and the lack of pro apps but then I remembered I only use my m1 pro to scroll twitter/facebook/macrumors/youtube, lose money on Robinhood land do some remote work so yeah Im quite content Lol although the iPad Air would probably do everything I need at 1/3 the cost 🤷🏽‍♂️

I would’ve already returned mine if I didn’t.

The 11" M1 iPad Pro is a lovely device.

Very happy with my 2TB 11”, been using for work projects with high res photos and scientific data. It is the perfect size and a heck of a lot lighter than my 16” MBP.

Too capable. Shows even more if you are coming from a prior iPad Pro device.

We’ve been using iPad for along time, and I upgraded from a 2018 11” iPad Pro so it hasn’t been a huge step up. The extra screen real estate is awesome for drawing and video editing, so no complaints. I was really hoping for more from iPadOS 15 but I guess at the very least I can safely say that were covered for whatever comes next.

This is a loaded topic. I enjoy it a lot for the things it does well. I could enjoy it a lot more if Apple would add a few more things to the OS.

I am truly enjoying my iPad. I use it every day beflre going to work, after I get home from work, and most rimes on my day off. Yep. I definitely enjoy and love the iPad!!

Happy with the hardware, disappointed in the software. probably Could have purchased last years pro and saved a ton of money for the same features.

Used all day at work, and also for a presentation yesterday.
Works flawlessly and super fast [I have the 12.9 1tb with a 5G connection].

I am more than happy with the 12.9 for what it was bought for [professional design work ]

I’m more than happy with it. I’ve been browsing the interwebs and listening to music mostly, but I plan on consuming video content on it soon too. It’s an excellent device. Oh, and I’ve been fooling around with my photo editing programs like I always do since it’s a favorite hobby of mine. I’ve been having a blast with it. WWDC didn’t effect me as I didn’t need “Pro” apps anyways, so it was moot.
