I just placed an order to pick up and it says it will be ready Saturday 10/2. Should I expect that to be delayed?
 
My wife’s pink 13 came in yesterday, picked up today.

My Mini was ready on release day.

Got my BestBuy iPhone 13 Pro Max 256gb yesterday. Thought I would have an easy trade in process (i’m usually lucky with these things) but no

I spend like 45 minutes because only one dude knew what he was doing. therefore he was walking from station to station helping the employees actually take the trade in. (the employee that was doing me almost signed me up for a new line). 3 times she had to log in to the system and I had to give my t-mobile number + last four ssn + best buy 2fa code

3 times.

But finally got my iPhone and went homeless. Sim card didn’t work, so I went to the best buy app and clicked “set up mobile device” where i had to put in the imei and then the sim worked.

I do have a question. When I preordered last week, I got a temporary credit card charge for the 13 Pro Max but in 2 days it vanished.

I bought my iPhone yesterday, got a receipt, but still don’t have a charge on my card. Any thoughts about this?

Went to Bestbuy today to pick up my BB/T-Mobile trade-in preorder - it was ready on Friday but today was soonest I could make it to the store.

No go -- they're still having problems with their system - couldn't process my trade in and complete the transaction.

Seems the system was fixed when I went back Tuesday after work - I was able to complete the trade in process successfully.

probably not - the delayed orders seem to generally be preorders and likely bestbuy didn't receive the quantities they were expecting for some models/configs, leaving some folks caught out.
 
One would think they would fill the pre orders first

How many 13pro preorders remain to be fulfilled?

For my area, BestBuy.com shows in-store stock / pickup-today for T-mobile iphone 13pros in silver, blue, and gold 128GB and all colors for 256GB. Only the 128GB graphite 13pro seems backordered. Didn't check the 512/1T models though.

I forgot the post was referring to the pro mode not the max

I ordered a Pro Max on 9/24. The online customer service rep said it should be here in 2-3 days. It looks like most of the 128gb T-mobile models have a date of 10/15. Silver is the only one with no exact date which is what I’m waiting on.
 
I ordered my 13 Pro Max 256gb Sierra Blue T-mobile on the 29th in the morning and got a date of 10/15.
 
I would guess date will change from 10/15 because of this check out the get it by the 10/1 View attachment 1851825
I hope so. Mine says I could get it shipped by the 2nd, but I have to do store pickup due to trade-in. Here's to hoping it gets bumped up. It would be weird that you could get it shipped to you sooner than you could do store pickup.

my pending payment disappeared from my bank account says awaiting authorization on my order now so hopefully i can pick it up today i too have to drive to the store since im doing a trade in
 
I can't even see my order page in bestbuy.com right now. It's been down all morning.
