Ever since iOS 9, scrolling through twitter, youtube or just mail, its not as smooth as it was in iOS 8. iOS 9.1 beta 3 made it a bit better than 9.0.2 but its still really bad.

Anyone notice how much stutter there is when scrolling?

I don't know what you're talking about! 8.4.1 here, and no scrolling lag at all. 
Nah, but yeah, I experienced this with 9.0. One of the many reasons I downgraded.
In fact, iOS 9 on my 5s runs nearly on par with my Galaxy Tab S with Touchwiz (which is terribly stuttery and slow)! Whereas with 8.4.1, it makes Touchwiz look like a joke in terms of speed.

It's a placebo effect. Or part of the Apple brainwashing.
If they say "iOS 9 is faster", people like him will begin to believe it.
or we just actually have no problem, where did i say it was "faster"? i said its smooth. apparently most of their user base agrees too, go through this every year

It takes effort not to believe there is scolling lag.
when scrolling from bottom to top slowly on the twitter app, there is definitely a stutter or framedrop. You are lying if you say there isn't.
sigh oh god..im lying now? im wrong about my device i see with my own eyes in front of me, my answer isnt changing. accuse me of lying yet u dont even say what device ur using, hm..
had similar stuff said to me last year when i didnt, & still dont, have any wifi problems
