Yep same happening here. Couple times now got to 2GB and starts over. Had to also reboot as it kept insisting I had downloaded it and would not clear even after closing MAS. Reboot solves that issue only to fail. Their data center must be slammed and can't keep up.

Well thats I how fixed my Beta download error after 6 tries of downloading the Beta.. Im 20% or so done of 5GB file .. 50 Mins left on d/l
Once the file is downloaded, it would be a good idea to save the file to another place on the computer. That way, if you have to reinstall for some reason, you don't have to spend time downloading the file again.

I have the same problem: I get the code, but it can't be redeemed. I just get an error saying the code's already been redeemed. And the purchase does not show up either.
Guess I'll just have to wait a little longer

I am getting the same thing. Nothing in purchases and the code has already been redeemed.
Perhaps contact AppleCare. I was on with them this morning and they said that they would be available if I somehow didn't get my code.

redeemed code, not showing in purchases issue

I initially had the "code redeemed" error and nothing showing in the purchase tab. This occurred because I didn't have enough space and the download didn't start.
I waited 10 minutes, shut down the app store app and then Yosemite appeared in the purchased tab.
So wait a little bit and try it if you are getting that message. I'd say the Apple servers are experiencing a lot of work right now.

If you're getting the "this code has already been redeemed" error, leave the program and re-sign up. It'll give you a new code that works.
