No, not yet. But I was thinking iTunes would have the tab of in Info, a section for managing the apps onto my phone. i don't think (may be wrong) that 2.0 will enable this.

You might be right. Just thought iTunes would show a Tab for it and then it would show an error message on that tab saying you need v2.0... for this feature

Did anyone notice there are no demos for the apps? So now we get to wait on others to be guinea pigs for unknown content.

I was so excited to hear about that app, and then when i clicked on the page and saw sniffies!
i think i orgasmed Especially with the more expensive apps. Otherwise there are gonna be some upset people when they buy an app and it doesn't work how they wanted/thought it would (inevitably).
But that's only 40 minutes away - if you're in New Zealand...
But they'll already have it installed on their nice shiny 3G iphones. All they need is 7.7 + Appstore, which is now available.
Still, as a current iphone user, Im frothing at the bunghole to get hold of 2.0 like everybody else!

because it isn't ready for the "official launch" - which im assuming is going to coincide with the 2.0 firmware upgrade.
Look what I found while signing up for MobileMe? 2.0 is NOT coming out until tomorrow!

It is already almost 12am in New Zeland, so they will get iphone 3G first ones! so in 8 hours the sale is starting, and the firmware should be then available.
yeah you should be able to, you just can't download apps or anything like that.
iTunes store is set up like a website, where everything is visible, but without correct iTunes software you can't download/listen/watch/etc.
I am a developer I had 2.0 for awhile and I just tried the app store and its works...
