From apple dreams' post, it sounds like they're really swamped right now. Other folks have been scheduled for the third interview up to it sounds like a week or so after the second interview. It seems to be all over the place, so don't give up yet.

Thank you semi, your posts are so generous and positive

you have a good heart, have you been hired or are you waiting?

either way they would be lucky to have you !

take care
:)

Hi, I'm new here. This monday a recruiter contacted me via a website. They sent me a questionnaire that I haven't filled out yet, I've been reading forums about the job. As far as I've read on here, you said that they called you. I live in Turkey and I got the e-mail from the Ireland office. I'm assuming the Turkey office would call me but I'm not sure. In the e-mail they said that i need to be able to understand English very well. Is that for the training part or for the job? And I have never used an Apple product before and I believe that is a huge problem. What should I do?

So after completing the second interview and waiting to hear back after two days I got a thanks for applying email and that they are moving on with someone else... Great just what I needed :-(

If anyone reapplied to apple after getting rejected, how long was it that you have to wait to re-apply? Also do you have to re-apply under another email?location?

Anyone know of any other work from home legitimate opportunities that I can apply to also by any chance?? Would really appreciate it

Just seeking some advice. I have gone through the interviews and have been offered a position depending on the background check. I was told by hire right that the background includes criminal background, court records, credit check and employment verification. What on your credit may prevent you from obtaining the job? I'm so nervous! They've already contacted me wanting additional documents on my current employer which I quickly sent in my w2 from each year, very first and most recent check stubs. HELP!!!!

So sorry to hear about their response to you. Have you looked into the Xerox staffing for the same job? Google "Xerox Tier 1 Tech Support Agent - Work From Home." It's the same job. Bellamrsss (hope that's the right user name) on a couple pages back mentioned that she got it in one interview. Apparently the pay is $13 according to her.

Yea I was counting on getting that job :( , But its alright guess it wasn't meant to be

And wow that's awesome I'm going to look into that and apply with them also.
Thank You so much for that I really appreciate it

Wish the best of luck to everyone waiting on a response from apple, Take care everyone

Although I don't have specific answers for you, have you looked at the video on the Hireright website that's for applicants about the process and some of the myths? I didn't watch the whole thing but it looks like it might give you some reassurance.

I found it by going to the Applicants & Consumers link from the main hireright.com page.

Hope that helps.

Let me look at that. I certainly need some reassurances.
Well I just watched the video. It definitely is beneficial to watch but it really didn't hit on the credit check portion. I've seen on here a few times people saying they don't do a credit check but Hire Right says they do for Apple. Guess it's another waiting game. I am not so confident about this anymore.

I am maxed out on all my credit cards.. still making minimum payments on time but my credit usage is sky high. (part of the reason I needed this position so badly) My credit is listed at the very low end of "fair" or actually might even be the in the high "poor" section at this point on creditkarma, I am afraid to look. I still got hired, nothing on my HireRight report said anything about my credit being looked at though, it was all pertaining to my employment history and criminal records. I don't know if this helps at all but I just figured I'd throw it out there. :)

When were you hired? Do you have any accounts in collection?
This is a breath of fresh air.

I really wouldn't worry about the credit. It was never in my background check. Just employment history and a very thorough criminal background check.
