I applied two positions, one on May 13 and the other on May 18. No call back yet.....
I have a question to those who said had applied to "multiple positions". Did you apply to same positions posted as multiple locations?? TIA

I hope you get a call! I'm also waiting and would like to know how many positions people were applying to. I'm thinking that I will put some more apps in. Maybe my keywords or cover letter etc were not interesting.

Any tips from successful applicants would be appreciated! I'm off to read some more of the older posts for hints.

I'm currently waiting for my bgc to clear. I expect an answer in a week and a half. The best thing I can say to do is go to the first page of part 2 and write out your answers to the questions listed to prepare yourself.

I initially applied to about 40 aha locations, both phone and chat.

What they're looking for is empathy. Empathy and more empathy. They want to see that you naturally care about the person you're talking to. Beyond that just be patient. Fill your time with things that you enjoy and wait for the recruiter to contact you.

I was told up to two weeks for a response from the recruiter after the third interview. So I marked out two weeks from the day on my calendars and told myself that once day 15 came then I could worry. But not until then.

The recruiters are crazy busy and they'll appreciate your kindness in patiently waiting for them to get to you.

I applied once. But I'm in Australia and they only advertise the one role here. I applied back in April and then quite literally forgot about it, I didn't expect to hear anything. Received an email to schedule the first phone interview about the second week of May. My BGC has cleared, I've finished interviews, I'm just waiting now. Have not received an offer pending BGC like some have, but again, I'm getting the impression the OZ recruitment process is slightly different. They initiated my BGC before I had even had my final interview. It's Saturday afternoon here, and we are in a long weekend for Queens Birthday so I don't expect to hear anything til Tuesday now.

The positions I applied were Bilingual AHA position in US. I will be on vacation for three weeks starting next week. I mentioned about it on the comment and stated available starting date as mid July... maybe it was not a good idea! Well, I will apply more after coming back from vacation.

So, I thought I would pose this to the Forum - I spent about an hour trying to search for the answer with no luck, so I reckon this question may not have been asked.

I've completed the submission process for my HireRight application - I've attended a number of colleges and universities in that search for a calling... and while I attended I never completed a degree.

Does this impact the screening process at all, and does this have a negative impact on the official job offer?

Help me understand if I'm correct - I think what they're looking for in HireRight's screening is to see if I've attended where I say I did (though I didn't mention some of those schools in my Apple resume) and that I've worked where I say I've worked, and if there's any criminal history that would make me not an ideal candidate for interacting with their employees and customers.

Just curious...

I suspect that I'll have a "complete" status by Friday of next week. Trying not to let myself worry until then.

Mshipman - We have almost an identical situation. I have attended many colleges and never finished at one. I called HireRight and asked them how should I list them. They stated to put the start and end date. I enrolled at 1 school at least 5 times at different locations and different times of the year. So I put the first date I ever took a class and the last date I ever took a class. They are going to verify the info from the internet. I also did not list all the colleges I went to, just 2 from my resume and 1 other 1 I went to off an on over 10 years. As far as employment they only go back 5 years. It will be fine and will probably only take a couple days to go through.

Thanks for your response. I didn't recall the start and end dates, and they weren't in red, so I didn't include the dates, only the college and location.

We'll see what happens.

Do they tell you which system you will be working with? My second interviewer asked what I was comfortable and I said all of the iOS products, and I was given a ios based role play question. I don't know if my third interviewer will be so generous and give me those kinds of questions or cpu. I can do a basic troubleshoot but I'm not entirely confident in cpu yet.

I'll preface this by again saying I'm in Australia so it might be slightly different - I found that they called my university, and confirmed my enrolment and the dates I was there. They did ask for a copy of my transcript and my student ID number. I actually called halfway through the process to check on it, and she asked me when I completed it - which is when I said that I didn't. The transcript I provided was an unofficial one because I hadn't completed, and she said that was fine. All they are looking for is to check that what you have written is legitimate. There would be nothing wrong though with calling hire right just to clarify and to see if they need anything further.

I received and have signed my formal, unconditional offer today. Start date for me is 6th July. So I would say my posts here will now cease! Good luck to everyone still waiting/going through thr process! :)

Anyone know how long it takes to get your paperwork after being offered the position? Or what happens next? I think my recruiter also mentioned something about signing up for a conference call/skype for new hires? But she said I would get an email and I have not received one yet?
