I received and have signed my formal, unconditional offer today. Start date for me is 6th July. So I would say my posts here will now cease! Good luck to everyone still waiting/going through thr process! :)

Me too! Doing my paperwork session today. Same start date. Congrats!

Anyone know how long it takes to get your paperwork after being offered the position? Or what happens next? I think my recruiter also mentioned something about signing up for a conference call/skype for new hires? But she said I would get an email and I have not received one yet?

I got the email a few hours after being offered the position, it was a Thursday and got the paperwork on Tuesday

Question: is this actual paper paper work, or forms filled out online?

It's physical paperwork. They send out a big packet with the official offer letter and benefit packet. They ship it overnight via fedex. It's very cool.

The email will instruct you to set up an appt and they will go over how to fill everything out.

I just got an email that I should have my packet by tomorrow. YAY! Can't wait!

Thank you! They did not give me any verbal indications at the end of the interview. I thought it went really well and the interviewer kept giving me a grin after a lot of my answers. At the end all I was told was "You should hear a response from your recruiter within a week or two" That left me scratching my head but I think its all standard.
It was the same for me. I agree, they must have an idea but can only tell us "You will hear something in week or two."

Over the last week I have been reading through this forum for help with my last interview and nerves. You guys are amazing and the support system that is hear is awesome! Seeing your responses helped so much with my last interview. I got the call last Wednesday and am waiting on BGC to clear. Congratulations to everyone who has received a call and hang in there those of you who have not.

I have a question for any of you that have been hired through Xerox. I have my Skype interview tomorrow and I was told to research Apple and know 3 things about an Apple product. That's really vague and I'm curious if any of you can suggest what it is they'll be expecting. Thanks.

i would just do research on ipods and iphones and find out the most known issue they have and remember the steps to fix it cause every interview i seen they've done roleplays or ask questions about how to fix something. i haven't done xerox interview tho im just taking a guess.

Well I nailed my second interview and I have my 3rd interview tomorrow with the hiring manager. Do any of you have any advice as to what type of things I should research and familiarize my self on before the interview tomorrow? I'm excited but nervous because this will make or break my chance at getting this job.

Hello everyone! I applied for the iTunes Chat position a while ago, completed all the interviews, did my last interview yesterday morning. I'm trying to stay positive, but I really feel so unsure of the last interview. It was very relaxed and everything, but I think I had too many cups of coffee and not really sure if I properly answered those "Tell me about a time..." questions. The chat portion at the end, I really feel good about it since I have chat experience, but i am just terrible with those situational questions.. every interview I have done where those questions were asked, I haven't gotten the job. So my question for those who have been through the itunes chat interview process, how long did you wait to get a call or rejection? .
