Did your first interview call come from a a Cupertino number or no caller ID? I missed a call just now from a No Caller ID number but no voicemail. I shouldn't worry I missed an apple call right?

Well, when I got the offer for the job, the call came through with a no caller ID but I was able to answer it.

Thanks for responding so quickly!!! So since were iTunes Chat Support is our interview Via Chat or Via Web Cam. Are they going to be asking me questions directly or are they going to act like a upset customer. For example:

"My Macbook fell while I was running to class and I need it for my finals is their anything you can do?"

or would they word it as "You have a customer who dropped their macbook and they need it for their finals what would you do?"

The interviewer will be acting like the customer. The interviewer is going to tell you the names of the customers they are pretending to be. So the interviewer is going to say "You will be chatting with Bob and Mary".....and it will look in chat like----- " Mary - "My Macbook fell while I was running to class..." etc... Make sure to include the customers name in your response. Good luck!

Anyone have a third interview and not get called back yet? Today is the third buisness day and i havent recieved an email or call yet..starting to get worried as it sounds most people hear back in a day or two lately. so nervous !

I got through my third interview on Friday, and I've been on pins and needles ever since. Haven't heard back anything yet. The suspense is killing me!

I didn't get that exact question...I was quoting what you wrote in your post. But I do believe someone answered how to answer this somewhere in the previous post. But basically show major empathy! I would probably respond with something like "Mary, I am so sorry you dropped your Macbook! This happened to me and I was devastated. But don't worry, I am here to help and let's see what we can do to get you back up and running" And then start troubleshooting....i.e "what happens when you try to turn it on"...etc.....

You will probably find that the people who know the answers to this have also signed an NDA and will not reply. Probably just have to wait til you're hired to find out.
