Mine had 4...maybe it depends on the interviewer
That's worrying, I was doing well, but the role-playing threw me off a little. And it kind of felt like she stopped abruptly abruptly (or maybe I'm over thinking...) Ugh it's so different talking to someone you know is a customer and someone pretending to be one

Especially when that customer decides if you get an awesome job or not lol

Ah, that must be it. I have neither. I have a lot of customer service experience but only face to face. And I am very familiar with troubleshooting my own tech issues, but none professionally.
I had no cover letter and I've had the 3 interviews, just waiting to hear the verdict

I applied for AHA 2 days ago and got a call yesterday, I did a 10 minute interview and he gave me information for the 2nd interview for next Friday. I'm okay with role playing; you have to have empathy for the customer and kill them with kindness, showing you care. They don't care about knowledge they care about your customer service skills and how you feel about Apple. I literally applied to every position they had available in my area, so I was really happy to have them call 24 hours later.

How long ago did u apply and what area do u live in? Im asking because im facing the same problem u do. I applied exactly a week and a day ago and nothing:( reading that someone got called 24h later is disheartening

My third interviewer said with a smile after my first roleplay, "That's all I'll do because I have everything I need!" And I got hired, so you could have just nailed it.

Those who are past the background check... I got my call from Apple that all cleared and we were moving forward on Tuesday, and that I would be starting training 7/6. She said paperwork would be on the way, haven't seen anything or gotten any further emails or communication. how long for the paper work process to start for everyone else?

Yea except I tripped over everything I did, feel soo bad

Don't give up! you could have done better than you think you did, worse case, you know what to practice for next time. Plenty of people here have had to try multiple times. if it's something you want don't give up!

Yea the rest of the interview went fine, it was the roleplay, I got the scenario and was like "Oh, I know how to fix that!" then verbal diarrhea... Hopefully the rest was great and the interviewer can chalk that up to nerves

Hey guys, does anyone has an idea of how hard or difficult is the training after you get hired? I heard you have to take a 6 weeks training but how hard is it?

I have a relative who works with Apple. He said 2-3 people in his class of 20 did not make it through training. The exam(s) are open book, there are a couple of tricky questions, and you should take some good notes as you go through the coursework. There is a time limit with the exam, but at the time he took the training class (almost 3 year ago), they allowed you to take it twice, if necessary.
Hi,

Thanks for the reply! And the information :)
