Mine had 4...maybe it depends on the interviewerIs it normal to only get one role-playing scenario in the third interview...
That's worrying, I was doing well, but the role-playing threw me off a little. And it kind of felt like she stopped abruptly abruptly (or maybe I'm over thinking...) Ugh it's so different talking to someone you know is a customer and someone pretending to be oneMine had 4...maybe it depends on the interviewer

Yes I had both.
I had no cover letter and I've had the 3 interviews, just waiting to hear the verdictAh, that must be it. I have neither. I have a lot of customer service experience but only face to face. And I am very familiar with troubleshooting my own tech issues, but none professionally.

My third interviewer said with a smile after my first roleplay, "That's all I'll do because I have everything I need!" And I got hired, so you could have just nailed it.
Those who are past the background check... I got my call from Apple that all cleared and we were moving forward on Tuesday, and that I would be starting training 7/6. She said paperwork would be on the way, haven't seen anything or gotten any further emails or communication. how long for the paper work process to start for everyone else?
Don't give up! you could have done better than you think you did, worse case, you know what to practice for next time. Plenty of people here have had to try multiple times. if it's something you want don't give up!Yea except I tripped over everything I did, feel soo bad
Yea the rest of the interview went fine, it was the roleplay, I got the scenario and was like "Oh, I know how to fix that!" then verbal diarrhea... Hopefully the rest was great and the interviewer can chalk that up to nervesDon't give up! you could have done better than you think you did, worse case, you know what to practice for next time. 4-5 daysFor those who've gotten through the background check ... how long is that tending to take?
Hi,I have a relative who works with Apple. He said 2-3 people in his class of 20 did not make it through training. The exam(s) are open book, there are a couple of tricky questions, and you should take some good notes as you go through the coursework. There is a time limit with the exam, but at the time he took the training class (almost 3 year ago), they allowed you to take it twice, if necessary.
