Quick Question. I have made it through the interviews and found out my bgc finished on the 1st. I have not received any word from Apple since. Some on here have been contacted the day after with others waiting a while. I am just wondering if anyone knows if this is normal or should I start to worry more than I am. There wasn't anything negative that I saw in the background check so not sure why there would be a delay of 10+ days......

There are a lot of small town courts that my bgc is waiting on to report in. All of last week my bgc was 73% complete. Just today it moved to 87% complete and with an eta for the two remaining courts left to report back of no later than Wednesday. The worst part of everything here is the waiting. Oh the terrible waiting!! However, my start date is more than a month away.

So I have read that the waiting after the 3rd interview is the hardest, I am hoping someone can put my mind at ease?

First interview (phone call on 6/2) went great, she wanted me to do my 2nd interview asap - but I was on vacation so we scheduled for the day after I returned.

2nd interview (6/9 via HireVue) also went well, good rapport and 2 troubleshooting chat roleplays. She wanted to schedule my 3rd right away - got an email 48 hours later to pick my interview time this week.

3rd interview (Today via HireVue) - I think went well? I had good rapport with my interviewer (team lead) he was smiling and asking the general questions, we moved to chat roleplay (I answered and behaved the same as my 2nd interview role plays) but after we came back he seemed rushed and said "Okay well great any questions? alright well your recruiter will follow up in 2 weeks, or you follow up with your recruiter in 2 weeks one of the two I'm not sure, have a good one bye!"

Now in his defense we just hit 41mins - maybe he had to get going? or did I just bomb?

In my role plays I was very personable and empathetic - assuring the "customer" I understood their issue and I resolved both issues through simple methods. so I am unsure why his mood would have changed, any insight would be awesome!

Hi! I just had my 3rd interview on Friday. Self doubt creeps in like lightning, doesn't it? I wouldn't worry about it too much. Honestly sounds like he had to pee or something!

Hello folks,

I applied this job first in April and they replied back to me April 14 and I filled the blanks of a pdf file, sent it. And then they sent me a link of a technical test. I made it and then they called me next week. It was second interview. Actually it was last week and I've been called yesterday. They will check my background and let me know in ten days. Hopefully I made it.

So I have some questions. Do I have to pay for training which is 3 weeks?

If I could make it I will be in class in July. And after training there will be last exam which I have to take 70 points for the pass.

Anyone passed the exam ? How was it ? Hard or easy ? What did you see in the training ?

Hey all,

I've been reading this forum throughout my app process; thank you SO MUCH for all the helpful information! :)

I applied 1 week ago and they called me back on Friday (the 12th). She really liked my answers and said I would get an email by the end of Monday, which was today. Well I have no email from them :-( Do you think it's probably just because they are swamped? I'm trying not to let my anxiety take over...

Yeah wait it out a little bit. I've tried to show as much patience as possible as its a lengthy process.

So after 3 interviews that seems to go ridiculously well I got the no thanks email, how long till I can reapply? Any other similar jobs?

The any similar jobs... Kelly Services hires this exact position, as does Xerox, position called Tier 1 Tech Support

I'm assuming you mean 6/5 and 6/11. I wouldn't worry about it since it seems like it takes at least a week from 1 step to the next. Congrats on getting to the bgc! You will hear from them this week. Sending good energy your way!!
