Eh, it wasn't the greatest, so I'm not getting my hopes up. This job would be perfect for me, but I'll continue to apply and work on my weaknesses.
I feel like some of my answers were not the greatest (since this would be my first at-home job and my first phone support job) and I felt like some of the questions could have been answered better. Also, the last question I had, I sort of blanked, and didn't finish it. It was a question about a dropped and cracked iPad, and I couldn't figure out what to ask after asking where they bought it, when I was talking to a friend about 20 minutes later, I realized that I should have asked about AppleCare+.
But I guess it's just hard to tell with interviewers, at least with that one. She took a lot of notes, so I felt like there was more times where she was writing down things that I was saying, rather than giving me feedback to what I had said, so it's hard to tell how well I did. I guess I'll just wait until I get my email or phone call.
I just finished my second interview! He's moving me to my 3rd interview and I'm so excited!!!! Was the 2nd and 3rd interviews similar for anyone?
I think mine were pretty similar. During the third, I was asked what I expect the job to be like, so maybe be prepared to answer that. Then she asked me a few things, like what sorts of challenges I think I'll run into during the job. But besides that, there was a couple of role plays, and a few other questions like that. I got asked what drew me to the position again, and I had a few different answers, and I think I could have chosen a better answer.
