Thank You for the additional information. Very helpful! I provided W2's & Earnings Statements so hopefully that will be sufficient.

If all goes well, my start date is September 14th. This blog is already creating teams of people helping and supporting each other even before the training begins! ;0)

And that's why we were chosen. We have that customer service help people out attitude!!

Hey guys! Been roughly following this thread on behalf of my boyfriend...
He interviewed for the first time in mid july and had his third interview last wednesday.
He got the call saying they want to offer him the job and he got his BGC.
He got it all filled out and then got an email saying they need start dates for his employment at a McDonalds across the country from five years ago. He emailed them back saying that it might be a little hard to get documents for that but low and behold, we dug through a lot of papers and found his w2 tax return from 2009 (the year he started at McD's). It does not have his end year (mid 2010) but do you all think this first w2 will be enough? Anyone else have any hiccups in the background check and still get through!?

Hey guys, I have my second interview for an AHA Phone position Monday. I see a ton of open positions for Chat positions but none are really close to me (new england). Any idea what the location requirements are? Do they even care where you live? Could I apply for a position in another state, regardless of how far?

I am also in New England area. I honestly don't remember where the position I applied for was located. I recall the description stating something about location not being an issue, but that's for the AHA- Pro openings. The college openings for students could be different.

If they are moving you forward, then no worries. If there was an issue with your location, I'm sure it would have been discussed in your first interview.

Good Luck with your second interview!!

I also received similar email. When I logged into the HireRight website, it stated waiting on W2 documentation.

I sent the W2, and the status changed to a green check in the documents area. I'm assuming that was what they needed, but still waiting on BGC completion. I've been logging into the website to check status regularly.

It shouldn't matter that he doesn't have two w2s from his employment there right? Cause the 2010 W2 covers the remainder of his employment while the W2 from 2009 covers his start...im worried for him

What's your start date?

If it were me, I wouldn't want to be a PITA and bug them if I wasn't scheduled to start for a few weeks. They are busy and I know I'm not the only thing on the old "To Do" list. As painful as waiting is, I'd wait it out.

Just my 2 cents..

;0)

Yeah. I would wait a bit. The only reason I called was because HireRight had some inaccurate information on their report that I wanted to make sure was corrected.

How long did it take you guys to receive your Paperwork and welcome email after BGC and official final call was made? I don't start till September, but I'm looking forward to checking out everything.

So this is for all current employees

What is the deal with caller id when you have to make an outbound call to a customer?
Does apple/kelly have a way for your personal name to not show up on caller id?

Hey all,

First I would like to thank all of you guys for posting here I've been reading this feed like religiously as I've been going through the process, it has made the wait a whole lot easier. Here's my timeline applied July 28th, first interview July 31, second interview August 4, and third interview August 6 waiting on the BGC call now. All the interviews went extremely well Apple has by far the best interviewers that I've ever interviewed with. From what I've read here I realize I was extremely fortunately how quickly everything has gone along so far but my start date is unspecified in October and as I can see they still are in September for call backs so time to settle in for the long haul now I guess.

I am too! Have you got your paperwork yet? Also, I was never explicitly told that I was chat or voice, but I'm assuming voice. I can't wait. It seems like forever away.

This is great that we can talk to each other before actually starting the job. I wish I would have found this thread while going through the interview process.

The recruiter said that I should get the package sometime next week.

Hi. I've been lurking on this thread for the last few weeks. It has been extremely helpful to me as I've gone through this process. I got the "job offer, contingent on clearing background check" call yesterday. What are they looking for, specifically, on the background check? How many years of employment history? Thanks for any replies.

Hire right will let you know.
Whatever you put in your resume they will want to verify.
