I received my Mac today. I must say the wait is finally over. What a nervous and nail biting experience it was lol.
After Years after working for lesser customer service companies, I have finally found the holy grail.

Super happy for you. I also said that once I received everything that I would step away from this forum. I've already started removing old posts. I'm wishing everyone else waiting to hear back or just waiting on getting to this point THE VERY BEST!!!!! If I can respond on anything that doesn't break the NDA I will.
That makes sense. If you stay in the same area and move your existing services, I bet it's not an issue. I may be making a move before the end of the year, but it will be in the same town with all the same services. I'll just be sure to keep my manager in the loop.

Wow... 2 months?! That's a long time for a job application. It's the not knowing and just waiting that's getting to me. I have plenty of experience, 2 degrees and have worked from home in customer care for the past 3 years.
You should see it when you click view report after its completed.
Does it take a few days after it changes to a completed status to get the option to view the report?
Mine just changed to completed yesterday and now back in waiting mode for the official offer...

My recruiter told me she would call me once they sent it to her. You should get a call soon then I'd think!!

Also, was anyone else in the military? Was HireRight able to confirm that with/without you having to provide DD214 form, or any other forms of that type? Thanks again for the help!
My BGC was completed on Wednesday and I got my call today (Friday). I'll be starting September 14th.
The Recruiters are super busy I'm sure with all the new hires, so hang in there the call will come!!!

Everyone who is starting on Monday, have you received the very last email that your TM advised we would receive? I haven't yet. Just need a yes or no.
My TM sent a message with everything i need for Monday including what time to log in and what to do.
I just got my call on Wednesday (the 19th) and will be starting on the 14th too!
