Hey everyone, I am on day 4 of training and must say that this is an awesome company to be a part of. Also want to give a heads up to everyone that has their start date to be careful of the info that you provide on here. This forum is being seen.

somehow the one recent W2 hireright wants is the one I don't have. Ugh.

Do we have to have w2's from each job we list? Some are so long ago I don't have tax records anymore on them

I only needed my 1st and last w2 from certain jobs.

If a filed ur taxs last year, just get a copy if ur w-2 from whoever you filed with or called the employer.

Hey everyone, I currently had my third interview on Wednesday the 26th. The Hiring Manager stated I would be reached out from my recruiter in a about 2 weeks regarding the next steps if offered the position. Does anyone know if this is a good thing or bad thing that it was told to me this way?

I also had my 3rd and am waiting to hear

If I was to apply for applecare chat team, it is primarily chat right? I'm just making sure I don't want to actually get hired but end up taking phone calls. Does apple end up moving chat members to phones or anything like that? I just want to know what I'm getting myself into.

I put in 20 applications for the chat and for weeks didn't get any response. I put in 5 for the phones and got a call back. I'm not sure if they are calling back anyone for the chats. The position postings were older for the chat team and the newer ones are for the phones. Hopefully, I can get moved to chat one day if they hire me for the phones. Right now I just want my foot in the door.

Please note that it doesn't mean you will stay at chat for too long. You can be moved if the business needs.
