@trueblue

You answer both ways they will tell you what they want from you in each scenario but prepared to do both verbal and chat. FOCUS on Empathy and highlight great customer service skills because they are big on that. Be excited, be honest and you will do great!!!!

I haven't gotten my email yet from HireRight and I got my offer for the Chat Position on Thursday. Has anybody else who got their offer gotten theirs??

I was interviewed the Friday before last, and was told that they would either call me if I got the job or email me if I didn't, "probably early next week," however that week has come and gone and I haven't heard anything either way

BGC is still in progress…I've called MULTIPLE times today because of an issue with my current employer. They are not sending the verification over, so I had to get it myself. Sent it myself, was told it had to come from them. Finally sent over my pay stubs. Guy said to call back at the end of the day and it should be complete…Nope, still in progress… :'(

I submitted the BGC on Wednesday the 9th. I just hope that it gets finished soon. I don't want to miss out on a training class or anything. Ugh…..

I had the same problem with hire right. I had to send in my w2's. Call back until you get someone that will actually listen. If they can't get verification from the employer they are supposed to ask you to send in verification. I missed the last training session because of this.

I don't even have a w2, they never sent me one. I sent them my pay stubs though, that should be good enough, right? After you sent your w2 how long did it take for them to complete it? I'll be upset if I don't get the job over this….

----------

I got very upset with the last person, because I get sick and tired of hearing them say, "I apologize..I apologize…I apologize". Its just frustrating because nobody ever called me. I found out that my current job didn't send any verification over once I actually called. :(

So nervous about second interview

I am having my interview in less than 24 hours and I'm studying like I was studying for the SAT's in high school. I just really want to work for this company. I've loved apple for so long. And for them to have a work at home program, which I'm so experienced in...I just don't want to mess this up because of my nervousness. Because I know you need to be CONFIDENT in the interviews. Anyone have any tips for me before tomorrow afternoon??

Hire Right said my background check is complete, but it just hasn't been completed yet on the website. Do you think it would be a bad idea to call my recruiter? Hire right just said that they were waiting on someone to go in and complete it out. -__- so annoying...

Hey guys. I just had my 2nd interview last night. I'm not sure that I'm feeling overly confident about it. I think it was great up until my 2 role playing scenarios - after the first one, she said that I could've shown more empathy towards the client and the 2nd one there wasn't much to be overly empathetic about (though I did have the problem figured out & resolved in less than 2 minutes, that's gotta count for something, right?).

Anyway, did most of you schedule your 3rd interview right away? My recruiter said I should be contacted in 5-6 days whether or not they're moving forward with me and there will be a link with more information to fill out if I am moving forward (I assume the background check). Does this sound about right or does it sound like I royally screwed the pooch with my role playing?

My training would start May 27th and it's 9 weeks she said (which is way longer than I was expecting).

Were you interviewing for Chat or Phone support?

Congrats to all who've made it through! Thanks for all of the help, everyone!

For those of you who've had the 3rd interview... How was it set up? Did the 2nd interviewer set it up or did you receive an email right away? I was told that I'd be referred to a team manager for a 3rd interview and should be receiving an email in a couple of days. Is this typical? How long did it take between the two?

This is what my recruiter told me: I should get an email in approximately 5-6 days with either the next steps or to say sorry we're going another way. She said that she and the other recruiters typically get together once a week to discuss their interviews and select the candidates they'd like to move forward with the process.

Awesome - good luck! I am really excited about this.

Thanks! You, too. Hopefully all goes well and I'll get that 3rd interview. :)

So I had my second interview with a recruiter on Thursday, March 27th and I received an email the following Monday, March 31st to schedule the third interview which was on April 2nd. So it was a few days.
Good luck! I found out over a week later that I was being offered the job and I submitted my HireRight form this morning. The real waiting begins now ;)
