You will probably hear from your recruiter in a couple of days..depending on how fast your recruiter is. I was told the same thing and got a call the following morning :)

I hope it will be before next week. I hate the wait but training doesn't start until the 23rd...le sigh

I had my Paperwork Session today and it made me even more excited about the chat position!

I just wish that June 30th wasn't SO. FAR. AWAY.

I had my 3rd interview yesterday with a team manager and he told me he would pass along my information to the recruiters...I think it went well. He told me I seemed happy all the time and would love to have someone like me on his team. Really excited, but also nervous about waiting. He said one to two weeks and I should know something...here we go...

Queen what questions were asked ? Can you remember a few ? Thanks !! And congrats sounds like you're in

It was seemingly easier than the second interview. It could've been because he seem more laid back. I even got an air high five at the beginning:cool:. I had basic scenario questions mostly. The only two tech questions I had involved a phone that got wet from saving a drowning daughter (empathy, empathy, empathy, and then a reset fixed the issue. I also advised to get it checked for future issue from water damage) and how to retrieve lost contacts from a phone backed up through iCloud and only had 45 minutes (walked him through steps to restore contacts directly through settings on his phone). That's about it. Hope that helps.:)

Hey Guys

I'm new here but I submitted my resume about 2 weeks ago. What is the normal time period and do the contact you back at all if you dont get the job? A guy I work with got hired for training starting on the 23rd

It varies.... took about a month for me to even get a response, but others have said they've gotten called back in less time. Whether it's a college position or regular position makes a difference too (faster for those working thru college).

Thanks for the response. Does it make a better impact and increase the odds if I apply multiple times at different locales on their website

I guess it couldn't hurt. That's what I did; I applied for different cities in the same state (though I don't know which one I was contacted for lol).

Just had my third interview. I think it went pretty well...the questions were mostly empathy related (customer dropping phone in pool, customer lost all data..).

Yay!

I guess I'm in! Next step is my Paperwork session. What a relief... :D

Took them approximately 2 weeks to contact me after submitting my rez + cover letter.

Had my third interview yesterday...

*gulp*

I think it went well. She said I'd hear back from someone one way or another in a few days.. (*big gulp*) but I also asked about a chat position and she asked if I was interested. I said yes, and she said that she'd note that because they often hire from within. I hope that's a good sign!?! Finger crossed. I need this soooooo bad!

Sounds great ! Can you please let me know any questions you were asked during the 3rd interview ? I have mine soon and was trying to research anything i could to help my cause , the more the better

thank you sooo much and good luck

YAY!!! I was just called back and informed that i'm moving forward to the background check stage! :D I think i've got this in the bag you guys! That's even with a slight misshap yesterday during the interview (my youngest daughter screeching like a howler monkey in the background because she stubbed her toe and couldnt find me to kiss the booboo)! I'm so relieved! :D

Good luck to anyone else who may have a third interview coming up soon!

Thank you!

A majority of the questions were based on how empathetic I could be to the customer ( customer fell and dropped her phone and now it wont cut on. what would you say?, Customer dropped her phone in the pool and is upset because she feels that she lost all her pictures? what's the first thing you would tell her?).

The other questions were about my previous employment in customer service, How I handle criticism/feedback, what my strengths/weaknesses in customer service. What's the pro and cons of wifi or bluetooth?
