Received the following e-mail just now:

Congratulations—you’ve been selected for our Apple At-Home Advisor position!

Your New Hire Packet should arrive on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 via FedEx Priority Overnight. Unless otherwise specified, this is the same address we'll use to ship your equipment so please contact your recruiter immediately if there are any changes.

The next step is to attend a New Hire Paperwork Session and return your New Hire Paperwork to HR Records. We strongly encourage you to attend a paperwork session prior to completing your paperwork. HR Records must receive your complete packet no later than Wednesday, October 22, 2014.

Paperwork session is scheduled for Wednesday.

---Should I keep updating?

Congrats!

Hey Guys!

I currently have my 3rd interview this week. My questions are about the BGC.

1. Can you get rejected if your hiring dates don't match up exactly from the application/resume?

2. Can you be rejected for bad credit?

3. Any examples on what your asked to confirm for hirerite before you submit the BGC?

Thanks All!

If I do get hired my training starts in Nov.

1) depends on how different the dates are
2) no credit check involved
3) employment info, maybe education
what position is it for?

Its for the at home advisor. On my application I put 2013 as a end date from a previous job...the correct end date was 2012.

It was a honest mistake but I'm freaking out over it. I'm pretty sure my start date isn't 100% accurate either its been over 5 years at this point...

3rd interview

I had my third interview the end of last week. I think it went fine, I could not really read her. Of course they tell you 2 weeks to receive a call or email. My training would be the November class. How long was it until you guys were notified either way. I would have to think that with tons of experience and 3 interviews within a week and a half it must be a good sign, but I am going crazy waiting

My 3rd interview is this week, but response time since my first call back has been about 48-72 hours. From the time I applied it took about a week. The recruiter told me it was only because I applied full time and she had to wait until full time position was available.

Any tips for my 3rd interview this week?

The main things is to be yourself and answer the questions to your best ability. It seemed to be geared towards customer service skills and interactions rather than knowledge. That is what training is for

Any info on what hirerite asks on the BGC would be helpful

HireRite asks you to verify your SSN and previous employment (including dates). This is the best opportunity to correct any timeline discrepancies. HireRight is the one to contact previous employers and not Apple.

Good luck to everyone who is waiting after their third interview! Mine is later this week, and I'm excited, but confident! At this point after reading probably 500+pages of posts on the process, job experiences, and interview questions, I feel like either I'm what they want... Or not! Let's hope it's the former. I'm hope I'm in class with lots of you good people #

For me the third interview was very similar to the second. Be personable! I do know what you mean though about either being "what they want...or not". I just wanted to know one way or the other! lol...the process is very long!

Thank you Wink! I am very personable... It comes naturally, and I've worked in a very similar job before and excelled. I do think I'd be a great fit and I sure hope Apple does too!

I got offered a job but I am a student who attends a community college they want me change all of my classes from on campus to online. Do I really have to do this, is there a way where I can take the a class or two on campus and the rest online (I would take the classes I struggle in)? Why do they make you do that, isnt a schedule given or is it on call somedays?

Not sure why they do that, but I was told the same thing by my recruiter.

I now see why so many of you were on pins and needles after the third interview. I am jumping at every email coming through to my phone!

I seriously stalked the crap out of my phone - I was very rude :p

I think I read somewhere earlier in this thread that they have a team meeting after the third interviews on Fridays. Most people seem to get news the beginning of the following week. Not sure if info is accurate, but definitely held true for me.

Also, I'm sending my paperwork back tomorrow, so probably won't be posting anymore on here.

I've read that too! Ok, I'll try to relax some. I totally understand about not posting... I wouldn't be either! I hope I have good news next time I post!
