I ran everytime my phone rang. If it helps I had my third interview on a Friday and got the call on the following Tuesday afternoon.

Yes JazzyatHome, this DOES help! Current timelines are always better! I won't start freaking out until after Monday then #

Man just found out my hire date from previous employers are wrong...I haven't done my BGC yet but I put the wrong info on my application and resume...I have the correct info now...you think I still have a chance if I submit the BGC with the updated info???

----------

Not sure why they do that, but I was told the same thing by my recruiter.

what I would do is contact your Recruiter let them know what is going on and Add notes to your hireright
congrats
what position?

not sure i will find out more soon

Has anyone on here been offered the position when they honestly felt they were going to be declined because of their third interview? Mine was about 35 minutes long but the guy said that he wanted to see some more empathy after my first role-play. I believe I did show him more for the remaining two but I'm just hopefully that the first role-play didn't do me in. We did seem to connect well though and made plenty of small talk and I did emphasize how important providing good customer service was during my Q/A session with him.

The wait is by far the hardest part in my opinion.

I don't know if this has been answered but I applied a few weeks ago and was wondering if they call from an unknown/private number or a regular phone number. I've been getting random unknown calls but no messages are being left.

Thanks in advance.

I didn't feel great about my 3rd interview either. Sooo many role plays! But I got the call today (so fast!) and waiting on the BGC email now. Good luck to you!

CA number. And they would leave a message and/or email you if they couldn't reach you by phone from what I've read. Good luck! It's getting really close to the Nov class so I think things are moving faster than normal.

I thought my second interview was much better than my third, but I got my BGC call today. # As long as you focused on the importance of empathy and making a positive connection with the caller you have a better chance. Good thing is he told you he would like to see more empathy...how did you do on the second role play? FYI my 3rd interview was Thursday and I got my BGC call Saturday morning. Good Luck!

Just an update. Received Hirerite email, responded really quickly, and they've started on it. They've called at least one company I'm sure of and requested a 1099 for another. The last two are a big company who uses central verification and another one they'll probably need a 1099 for. Here's hoping for an official offer by the weekend!! (You too Jazzy!)

Has anyone who completed their third interview with the hiring manager last week still not heard whether or not they were accepted?

Hello everyone, newbie here! Thank you so much for the wealth of information you've provided here in this thread. You guys are awesome, and will do well at Apple (helping your peers is half of the job, right?) ;)

I've had somewhat of a different experience than most of you and thought you all might be able to provide some insight.

I started applying for AHA positions about a month ago. Since then, I have had two phone interviews with two separate recruiters for two different on-campus jobs in which I did not apply. Both were terrible experiences and I found it very difficult to read the recruiters. I've since received one rejection email. Neither of the recruiters mentioned my AHA applications.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I continue applying to AHA positions or will my recent interviews hurt my chances? How do I get noticed by AHA recruiters?

Thank you all for any feedback you can provide. Congrats to those going through the hiring process -- you've earned it! To those in limbo like myself, be patient and never give up! :p

I made to the next step!

Applied AHA 9/22/14
Recieved call 10/7/14
2nd Interview 10/15/14
3rd Interview Scheduled 10/15/14
3rd Interview 10/20/14
Recieved call and Hireright submitted 10/23/2014

YES...I am freaking out! It's a controlled freaking out though! I am so excited as I'm sure every person here can relate! I have studied and prepared myself thoroughly. I have spoken to friends who are currently AHA's and I am confident I will do well. I have a ton of customer service and technical support experience. However, my constant fear of failure is trying to supersede my confidence.

I'm sure my story is similar to most as far as this opportunity being a life-changing experience. I am praying and pulling for us all. Good luck everyone 

UPDATE 10/15/14
I am currently waiting for an email to schedule my third interview!! I am thrilled! I couldn't stop the flow of happy tears at the end of the interview!

I cannot believe I had myself so worked up and so nervous about that first FaceTime interview! It was so personal and we totally connected. She gave me great advice on the next interview as far as being prepared and confident etc. The entire interview was so laid-back and personal, there's just no other way to explain it. it was like I was sitting there chatting with an old friend about Apple products. It was awesome and I am so excited to move forward!

Thanks NB!! Make sure you let us know as soon as you receive that offer call!
I'm so afraid that I'm going to freeze and not answer something correctly....especially when I DO know the answer! I'm just a bundle of nerves! 12:30 PM cannot come soon enough!
I will check in tomorrow and let you know how it went!

Same here, I have my 2nd interview tomorrow as well. Applied back on August 4th, got a call last Thursday. Down side is, I have to work beforehand, and I am coming down with a cold. Hopefully the cough medicine will hold out! I'll keep my fingers crossed for all of us! :)

Good luck! Focus on EMPATHY and connecting with the customer. Also be sure to express "first call resolution" as your goal. Worked for me all three interviews. Just waiting on my BGC to be completed. Have fun and be sure to smile.

Maybe there's just something that they need to verify. If you already received the official offer, then your BGC has already been successfully completed. Therefore, try not to stress. It could be something as simple as a change in your training class. Maybe you need to start at a later date for a reason on their end and maybe it has nothing to even do with you! I'm just trying to be positive here because I know I would be freaking out as well. Register for the call and talk to them professionally and honestly and friendly. Then, you better let us know what the heck happened!

Good luck, I'm sure it will be just fine. Keep us posted

Yes, I believe I have her name in the confirmation email. Thanks! You too! I am doing okay with my meds. Just hoping my voice will keep. I wish I knew someone who had done it with them before, but I'll just keep studying up on my breaks and try to keep calm and confident.

I am sure the hire paperwork will be fine. Just let them know what happened, I think it'll be fine.
