I assume that's because it was a team manager. I know the recruiters (who you contact) are all west coast. Your recruiter is who will call you and give you a job
did you get a phone offer or email offer? just wondering what i should be looking out for.
From what I have read, you get a call first. They tell you to wait for an email and reply with the word accept to start the process
ok. the last guy i talked to told me i would hear from them by the end of the week but all i got was the hireright email later that day. can i assume thats what he was talking about?
anyone here have to submit a BC but not gotten an offer?
That is what he was referring to.
A friend of mine got to the background check but wasn't offered the position because of one of the county courthouses in our state. They said the background was unverifiable.
Mine was verified with a small descrpency with a job title (couldn't remember exact title, so I put the general term down for it.)
Did you call them? Apple or hireright? I might email apple or call hireright today or tomorrow.
It was already corrected on the bg report last week by the company.
The report still said verified.
Got my paperwork packet. Apple sure is elegant with their folders. lol

Today is my second interview.. Kind of nervous but not really I've been reading up on the discussion almost from beginning but now it's my turn ..all the nervousness I thought I didn't have is what I now have
where did you see that it was verified?
i received the authorization form for the BC a few hours after i talked to the recruiter of my third interview and received a confirmation letter from hireright when i submitted the information shortly after. thats where im at right now.[/QUOTE)
It said it on the background report .
Just smile real hard and when they ask you mock customer questions. Just worry about building a rapport and being empathetic towards the customer.

I sent an email to the HR Lady who emailed my application just in case.
I didn't think it would cause any issues, I just put down the general job title instead of something specific since I couldn't remember it.
But, it's better to be safe than sorry.
Takes foreeeeeeever!
