Ok so I just finished my second interview went fairly easy:D Then I was advised I would be moving to my third interview and I would receive a link to select the date, so i received the email (very quick) and it tells me I will receive an offer letter in the mail to complete but to sign into a number on a scheduled date and time:confused: did any one else go like this?

That is what he was referring to.

A friend of mine got to the background check but wasn't offered the position because of one of the county courthouses in our state. They said the background was unverifiable.

What would make something unverifiable? Right now, HireRight is waiting for records from a county that I haven't lived in (or even been to) for over 10 years.

According to hireright, my BGC was sent to Apple on 10/3.
The small discrepancy shouldn't affect anything since they use an automated System to get the information, so it may not be accurate anyways.

He gave an email that anyone who has been waiting for a while may want to try: hireright@apple.com .

So, that's where I am besides waiting...still....

I did and they said to contact the recruiter who contacted me.

The only contact info I have is the first guy, william, who first contacted me,
so I sent him an email.

I am going to make an assumption that if they are behind in calling us, then we are going to be pushed back to the next class possibly.

10/29 is only 20 days away!

*update*

Ok, so I decided to look at what other locations where hiring, and noticed there were a couple, one in Providence and one in Nashville both of which were just posted a few days ago, and both of which are 500 or more miles away from me. I applied for them yesterday, and guess what, I got the first email with questions last night. I replied to the email with answered questions this morning, and got a call back within 30 minutes. The girl I talked to was extremely nice and professional. When I asked if it was ok that I had applied for those other locations, she stated that since I live in a town that is within the 100 mile radius of a city they are recruiting for, then I am eligible for the job. I have my 2nd interview already scheduled for tonight. Wish me luck :)

That sounds really awesome! I haven't been here on the forum for around a week but when I saw your update posted here you got me excited again because of the fact that I still haven't heard anything yet. So guess what....am gonna do it the same way as you and hopefully this time with more success. I even have been thinking to apply through Kelly Services but being hired through Apple brings with a lot of advantages. I saw this is your last post until so far here on the board. How did things turn out for you after your 2nd interview? I hope very positive. Let me know!

Have you gotten to the background check yet on your first attempt or did you not make it that far?

Sounds like you might be skipping the third interview. But you haven't done background yet have you? Maybe it was an office error

If the information is not released within a specified amount of time

I think read back some where a few pages back, that someone was hired even though they were unverifiable.

Yes and it states it will be an offer letter and new hire documents and not to complete the papers until after I dial into that number?

That is your new hire orientation. They go over the paperwork you need to complete ie I-9 form. Congrats! Training is wild.

I'm taking the final exam this AM and it's off to the phones tomorrow. I can only remember a fraction of the stuff we covered in class but at least I have a handle on looking stuff up in the kb.
