NDA - Classified Info technically. However, from what I've seen posted already in the thread, it's a 21" iMac w/ i5. Can't remember seeing a post on RAM. And no, confirmed that you must send back your equipment at the time of termination(Quit/Fired).

Now I did have to submit extra info for my BGC, but could not provide W2 or 1099. I called in and the lady said she'd put a note in that there's no documentation on file. The employer verified my employment, but could not verify dates. Start freaking out now?

I wouldn't worry about it. As long as the employer verified your employment, I would think that's the most important thing. If they had said, uh, no, that person never worked here, I think you'd have something to worry about! Deep breaths! :)

Here is the timeline so far for me.

4/23 Received recruiting email from Apple for AHA.
4/23 Responded to 12 or so question email showing interest in the position.
4/24 2pm Received call from Apple recruiter and had 5 minute interview. Moved on to second interview.
4/26 2nd interview via facetime. Interview went well and was sent an email for a 3rd interview signup.
05/01 3rd interview via facetime. Interview seemed to have gone well was told I would hear back in 2-3 weeks about the position . I was sent a link for a background check within 4-5 hours. I filled out the background check info as soon as I got it.
05/03 Hireright shows background completed.



Now I guess I just wait? It looks to me that if you have gotten a background check and it comes back clean thats a pretty good sign of an impending job offer? I went from being nervous to anxious lol. Job will be for PT 6/10 class. Looks to me like the 6/10 class is IOS.

Got my offer call today for the 6/10 class!

Yeah, I started making a more up to date interview guide to pass the time for those who come after us.

My recruiter told me that the "paperwork phone call" will tell us all the info about what we'll need and not to worry about setting anything up yet.

Finished my second interview today and on to the third on Monday! Application completed and now all I have to do is not screw up Monday morning. So freaking excited.

I'm going to hold off on making the appointment to go to Kelly until next week. Then, if I get the BGC with Apple, I'm just going to tell Kelly "Thanks, but no thanks."

Reference Check?

:apple:Hi, all - Many of us are waiting for our background checks to be complete. Just wondering if any of your references on your resumes have gotten a call from Apple? None of mine have yet.

Background Check says waiting on court records apparently. No reference calls.

Apple AHA Guide for those who come after is attached to this post. Right now this covers everything up to the Employment Offer, as I'm pretty sure interview process is pretty standard and not under NDA. In anycase, this is what to expect and how to prepare. Thanks to ChaosxKitten for the questions!

So, I was supposed to have my 3rd interview today at 1:45 and was told by the last interviewer that it would also be a Skype interview. I had everything ready to go, except my phone. (I didn't want it to be a distraction). So of course, instead of Skype, they called my phone 3 times and I missed it. I'm pretty mad at this point because I really want this job. I hope this doesn't make things look bad on me, it was an honest mistake. I went back into the Apple site and set my interview up for next Tuesday morning. Has anyone else had this issue?

Just finished my 3rd interview. Thank you all for all the advice I have been watching this forum for a few days. I am just waiting on the next step with Apple.

My recruiter told me I needed to have an Ethernet vs WiFi Internet connection. Was anyone else told this?

A powerline adapter will also do the trick. One end plugs into outlet and the connect modem. The other adapter plugs into outlet near computer anywhere in house and connect that to iMac with Ethernet cable and blam. Works awesome. Cheap too. Got a good discount on mine @ newegg.com
