How do you check this?

I checked the HireRight site and mine still says "in progress." It was received last week though.

If you use the Live Chat option or Call into HireRight, they'll tell you a percentage or what exactly they're waiting on. They're pretty open about it, just don't overdo it.

----------

Typical day:

1. Put on headset
2. Answer calls about iOS or Mac for 4 or 8 hours
3. Take off headset

Obviously there's a lot more to it than that but everyone has their own unique perspective regarding a "typical day". The only way to truly understand any work environment is to actually work in it.

Sounds like a typical call center job :p, only difference is the name.

Waiting on BGC paperwork or my thanks for playing email. Had 3rd interview on Friday I so hate waiting lol:confused:

Right there with you KitKat. Third interview was today and now I just stare at my emails waiting to see what appears.

Good luck and I hope you get your email soon!

I have my 2nd interview Wednesday what should I expect?
I currently do tech support for non windows based computers

My BGC was marked as "completed" today on the HireRight website with a completely clean record. What happens next? I'm in the June 10th iOS class.

Can anyone help me? I went through Kelly Services for the aha position. I had a long questioner and a call center scenario I completed online. Then I had a telephone interview with a person from wisconsin. She said she was going to move me along in the hiring process. I recived an e-mail from Kelly to start the onboard process. I then recived an e-mail to go into kelly for my i9 and, sign I had read the handbook, and yet another paper for the background check (I had electronicaly signed one in the onboard process. Can anyone tell me what is going to happen next? Does this mean I am hired?

A little advice from a little birdie..

During your interviews, do not worry about past tech experience or troubleshooting ability. What Apple is looking for is empathy, empathy and more empathy. Fix the customer, before you fix the problem is a motto that will take you far in this business.

Look up some empathy statements, and use them in your role play during your interviews.

It's official

:D YAY, I got the offer call today! They originally said I would be applying for the June 10th class, but during the offer call today they said I would be in the June 17th class. Anyone going in the same class..feel free to PM me.
Congrats to all you guys who made it through! :apple:

Did anyone besides me not do any role play? I got questions, but none of the three interviewers did roleplay, thankfully.

Now I'm just sitting around staring at my email accounts.

Does anybody know which person is our recruiter. The first person I spoke to didn't even know the process the second person I have no idea what she was and the third person was the Team Manager. So which one takes us to the rest of the process??

Me Too Strax!!! Me Too!!!
My Role play wasn't much of a role play just giving me what ifs n I responded lol

Also from Alabama the lower part. But I am in the June 17th CPU class. Best of Luck sounds like things are going along for you.

So the 17th is definitely the CPU class?

----------

Our training group was all one team, we are all under the same manager. Our team size was 20, now 18(we lost 2 to testing in training) Yes, you use the webcams and audio in training for various things; reading aloud, introducing yourself, and some of the other things you might expect to be doing in a training class. They are not always on, but only one when you turn it on.

Can you tell us what hours the training classes were (morning/afternoon)?
...and when do you find out what schedule you will be working?

The person who did your second interview is the one who will do your offer.

The 17th is the CPU class, yes. They'll do your schedule at the end of training. And my understanding is that those who do best in training get first dibs on picking their schedules. Then you bid on shifts every 90 days and those with the best performance numbers again get first dibs on shifts.
