So when I got the third interview email yesterday there was no link to add references as others have said. I added references on my initial interview though ?? Confused as usual
At the bottom there was a section that said "references"... I chose to skip it though.. Didn't. Feel like digging through old contacts

i try to keep myself negative that way i won't set myself up for disappointment
1. how long do you keep that for? Just for training
2. computer for personal use during non work hours? Big no no
3. used the discount yet? google for what the discount specifics are and that will answer you question.
4. them pay better? depends on geographic location, not product support team.
5. how many hours have most of you been getting? Still in training and my guess is that nobody will come back to this thread and answer it.

I truly appreciate your concern but I'm a goner no matter what. On the plus side, since I use up all of my snark and pedantry on forums, I end up being quite pleasant on the phone and in person. My forum personality just wouldn't fly in interviews or on the job... I compartmentalize things you might say. That's how I got hired after my second interview.
Also, since the posters in this particular thread are intent on getting hired for a technical support position, I have less tolerance for intellectual laziness or questions that just have not been thought through very well. Ciao!
