Fortnite, Rocket League, and more.
Oh come on, Fortnine is a very special case and you know it. Rocket League, sure, they seem to drop both the Mac and the Linux version. Same for GW2.
So far we have one game dropped because the developer decided to go on a legal feud agains Apple, another game dropped for pretty much the same reason (Rocket League dev has been acquired by Epic) and another dropped because it is struggling financially and has barely any players left. I am sure you will be able to find some other isolated examples.
Tell me new games for AS after Apple Silicon transition? Dont tell me WOW or EVE since they were released a long time ago. Also, mobile apps dont count.
I have no idea, there are dozens of new games on Steam being released every day. I am certainly not going to list all of them.
Also, why don't WoW or EVE count? Their native clients have been released after M1 has been available. So by your logic if a game adds support for AS it doesn't count but if a game drops support it does count? That's a weird accounting.
Baldurs gate 3 is not even released yet.
What have I been playing these last few months then? Weird...
Total War Warhammer 3? That's it? Only 2? Also, Total War Warhammer 3 released in 2016 and then ported to Mac so not really a new game.
Pretty much every Total War game released in the last couple of years has a Mac version. Rome, Troy, Three Kingdoms, the three Warhammer installments... and besides, Total War Warhammer 3 is a brand new game, just came out a couple of weeks ago.
My bad I was talking about 1. Both 1 and 2 on App Store have high negative reviews so I wouldn't say it didnt port well and change the fact that macOS game still lacks game especially after Apple Silicon transition. So tell me, that's it?
I have those games on Steam and they work just fine. And my M1 Max runs every single game my Intel Mac did, just at much higher settings and with dramatically better performance. Again, no idea what you are trying to say here. That Mac gaming selection is limited? Well, we already knew it. But it definitely didn't get any worse since M1 came out. The amount of games is more or less the same, new titles are released at the same (or slightly higher) rate, and performance is much better.
