Breaking NEWS- 313 iPhone X were stolen today in San Francisco out of a UPS Truck that was delivering to a Apple Store in San Francisco.

I just read this article, that's crazy! They know the SNs, it shouldn't bee to difficult to track them down.

Starting to get slightly worried. Last scan was an import scan in KY. Phone shopping to Oakland. Still no movement. Does UPS ever slack on their tracking updates? Because I know there was already a plane to Oakland

A flight to Oakland is only a couple hours from Kentucky. Don’t worry. If the date on your order says 11/3, it’ll be 11/3.

Yea I don't think your phone was on that Oakland plane, mine was and got an arrival scan. There are some late-night flights though. If the estimate still says Nov 3rd, it'll arrive on time

That’s what I was hoping, that there are some more flights. I thought someone said earlier that there was only one Oakland flight today. So I got worried. It still says Nov. 3. So I’ll just try and relax until morning lol

Yeah Once a phone is turned on I would think they track it. Hopefully they find it soon but think about it where can you hide over 300 iPhones ^^

There is no way for them to sell those stolen phones, Apple can easily disable them. Hopefully they can track them as well.

Yep. Been there since 10:04am. Supposed to be ready for pickup at the UPS Horsham Pa (~45 min from PHL) tomorrow. I don't see any other flights from Louisville to PHL on flight aware though...

Potentially. I missed delivery of my Apple TV in September, requested a hold at the CC, and was able to pick it up that night. Would recommend that you place the hold ASAP after the missed delivery so they can sort it when the truck gets back. The CC was a mess that night with folks ostensibly trying to pick up the 8/8 Plus as well, but was able to get mine in about 10-15 minutes.

I know Apple has a lockdown feature which turn the phone useless. Lets see how smart these thief's are. Also How did they know which UPS truck to steal from and how did they know the UPS delivery time for the store ^^

It’s teue there was one flight to Oakland left today but they have 3 more in the early morning out of Louisville which is 3 hours ahead. It’ll arrive by 4 am Oakland time and on its way to the local CC and then onto the trucks. You’ll be okay when you wake up and be surprised how far your phone traveled to meet you!

Mine left Louisville on the flight to Windsor Locks BEFORE my wife’s. But hers took a DIRECT flight to Boston and is 6 blocks away at UPS. OTOH, mine is stuck in Windsor Locks at the moment no departure scan yet.

Arrival scan in Earth City, MO at 8:30pm tonight, hopefully it'll make it's short, final journey overnight and be waiting on me in the morning and not the other way around!
