I ordered for full price at apple website. Wondering is there any way to convert this to IUP upgrade by taking to store once iPhone X is delivered.

any suggestions?

Probably, talked to an Apple Store employee on another matter that involved making an adjustment on an iPhone X. It seems as though they will go out of their way, when they can, to resolve your issue.

Welp, I’m glad I didn’t go to my CC at it’s 8am opening time. Somehow my phone has taken over 3hrs to make a 1hr drive from SD to Aliso Viejo. Now I can only hope it’s ready sometime today.

Mine is on that route too (for delivery, not pickup). But I'm not 100% convinced that it hasn't arrived there yet. This package has missed at least two scans for me already (the tracking shows only departures from Anchorage and Louisville, no arrivals at all). It seems plausible that the phones hav arrived in Aliso Viejo but not yet been scanned (or the scan isn't showing up for some reason).

Based on the tracking software, it looks like the driver is hitting all of the businesses in the area first, crazy part is he passed my house twice also!!

Just jump in the middle of the road the next time he tries to pass.

Heh... or wait at the next business. "Hey you got anything in there for a Mr. Smith....?"

Nice! I thought about offering solidarity by not opening mine today if yours didn't make it, but who am I kidding. I'm worse than my three year old daughter left alone with her candy haul. That UPS driver needs a beer.

I’m pretty bad when it comes to iPhones and having “patience.” One year I missed the ups driver for an iPad. I ended up going to the ups store when the truck got back just to get it that day. Couldn’t wait one more day lol. That driver does deserve a beer! UPS typically delivers early at my house so hopefully it won’t be too much longer. Haha.

Mine is on the truck for delivery today! Good luck everyone. Shouldn’t be long before we are all introduced to our new iPhone X’s.

It would be fun is someone did a thread on actual delivery times (when UPS really came) while they're sitting around waiting on their iPhones.

This is so frustrating lol. I am tracking the delivery driver and he has been in my neighborhood twice. So close to my house but then leaves and goes to a totally different area. I don't get it.
They have a delivery schedule that they follow. They have to deliver the early AM, 10:30 and then the rest by routing order.

On my way to pick mine up from the CC!

Sounds great! My UPS Customer Care Center doesn't open till 1 pm but I suppose that beats the uncertainty of delivery to your door times.

Congrats to everyone who has gotten their phone already! Mine is at my UPS CC waiting for pick up, but the stupid location doesn't open until 1pm.
It's going to be a loooong few hours....

Same here but I'm making good use of my time till then. :D

The only thing I'm not buying is that somebody stole a whole pallet of iPhones. If that happened, I think we'd see more posts than one or two.

hmmm, new user who registered today, and this is the first post.

I'm calling BS.

Am I still trolling now that it's on the news?

My X left San Diego at 3:30AM and arrived in Anaheim at 7:05AM. I'm in Fullerton so my next scan should be 'out for delivery'. Unfortunately I'm heading to Blizzcon today so I'm hoping the driver reads the note I left on my door and delivers it to the leasing office.

I've lived in Orange County for a while and this is the first time I have ever had a package flow through San Diego. As an aside, earlier in this thread there was a lot of talk about Worldport in Louisville. If you ever get a chance to do the tour I highly recommend it. My company did the 'night sort' which started around 11PM. Just a fantastic presentation and a mind boggling operation.

LOL, ashamed to say that I have done that in the past!!!

We have a couple different UPS drivers depending on the volume of packages that day. But I have actually run into my UPS driver during one of his business deliveries earlier in the day and he knows me well enough that he automatically checked his truck for my deliveries while he was there.

Agreed, been to several UPS and FedEx sorts. Both are amazing experiences.

I wonder if it needs the arrival scan to be ready for those of us who are picking up? I suppose yours could miss a scan and still make it onto a truck.

The phone missed the 10:30 flight to ANC!!!! There doesn’t seem to be any UPS flights leaving ICN until Monday!!!!!

How is this phone still supposed to arrive Monday?!?!?! Crap!!!!

You're right! Interesting..... of all the Apple stuff I've ordered (I pretty much buy whatever Apple tells me to buy :) ) I've never seen a UPS package go through ICN

So it looks like Anaheim bound phones left SD at 3:30a, and Aliso Viejo at 4:30a? The Aliso bound phones haven’t arrived yet... Has anyone tried picking up at either Anaheim or Aliso yet?

I'm so frustrated right now. Still waiting for any change in my status...I'm still in Processing Hell for my 11/17-24 order and eberybody is getting their iphones...or at least an update
