This is so frustrating lol. I am tracking the delivery driver and he has been in my neighborhood twice. So close to my house but then leaves and goes to a totally different area. I don't get it.

I think they find the most efficient route for delivering packages. Mine has been within a mile of my location for the last couple of hours.

So this sucks. Apparently UPS is too stupid to put both iPhone X that I ordered on the truck. I ordered two and they. They happily make their way from China, hand in hand without issue. Then they hit Dallas last night at 10:30pm and one continued on to local facility to be delivered today while the other is, I’m assuming, just sitting on a shelf or something equally asinine. Contacted UPS and got a call back from a not helpful individual who just said that since there isn’t an exception on the delivery, she doesn’t know what happened to it and they can’t lay hands on it, so I have to wait until Monday. How awesome. What recourse do I have or do I just get to suffer at the hands of their incompetence?

Could be worse....could be waiting on drinking water delivery in Puerto Rico.

I have mine set to pick up at the CC. Will it say say “ready for pick up”? Mine still says departure scan (but in my city). I’m ASSUMING it’s moving from the plane to the main hub? I hope.... lol

I got a ready for pick up scan once it was at the CC. So there should be some sort of notification that comes to you, but the scans have not been incredibly thorough for this.

It's in the UPS app. It's a great app. I highly recommend downloading USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex apps. They all allow you to do much more than on the web, like track the vehicle (just found this out today)

I’m signed into the app but I don’t see this option. On the other hand, I *just* (I’m on the west coast) received an email from ups with a link to “follow my delivery”. So that worked at least!

I had a departure scan until his morning. Now it says, “As requested, the UPS MyChoice delivery change was completed. The receiver arranged to have the package picked up at UPS facility. Pickup must be made with 5 business days.”

Mine stopped at the corner and I was pretty sure he was either going straight or making a right turn, since my house is a left turn.

He turned right! Then backed up to my house.

I don’t have that option in my choice how do you add it?

Just curious, but did any of the people who contacted UPS and did a "Hold for Pickup" experience any delay notice?
Like pickup not until Monday?
Thinking of doing this next year.

It’s beta so I don’t know if its everywhere...but would show on your my ups page/tracking or you receive the link in a ups email

In Los Angeles here. My ups site just states “processing for delivery “ but no “out for delivery” yet. It’s 900am already.

Mine is saying the same thing for Los Angeles... Apple.com says out for delivery who knows.

It was an option on UPS.com to "track" the delivery

I'm in Spring, TX and so bummed I'm not getting the option to follow the delivery, even after the status changed to out for delivery! I'm just refreshing the status like every 5 minutes.
